Sadly for me, the time has come to try to start dealing with something I have not been able to for over 20 years.
I have partial insurance that will cover up to 50% of some procedures but I simply don't have even that much discretionary money available.
My health is beginning to really suffer from my dental and periodontal issues and I can't afford to wait much longer.
I hope that some generous people out there will honor my efforts in the past to help others and choose to help me have some expensive work done as necessary.

idk why people still have this perception of the cartels as like a bunch of scrappy gangsters with AK-47s. they have billions of dollars. they can afford to buy nice weapons and gear for their soldiers, and there's no shortage of actors willing to sell them those weapons.
