SoTD is an account run by a sentient sword that totally isn't a college student.
Created on October 20th/21st 2025 for Shirou day, it was made as a small exercise for myself, to prove I can be consistent. But now it's become the light of my days where I can make people smile with my side gimmick posts.
Swords are posted in between 12:00pm to 3:00 in a GMT+8 zone
This account will stay alive for 3 years minimum. If it will ever end who knows?
Swordmin isn't a big fan of generative ai, Humans were made to learn and grow, not to simply ask and receive.
If I blocked you its most likely you got in the way of my job or were just incredibly and plainly rude and miserable to others. (I've only blocked like 20 people)
thank you for reading. Have a good day. There might be stuff that i forgot thrown into the replies

One man’s junk is another man’s treasure. My neighbor gave me 4 sets of jeep leaf springs and I have used just about every inch. (4 pics)

⚔️🇩🇪Early 16th Century Estoc made in Germany
The French word estoc means "thrust" and therefore was adopted as the name for this long thrusting sword.
It has a fairly long grip and simple cross-shaped hilt. The rigid blade, designed for thrusting at armored opponents, is three-sided for strength.
The S shaped cross guard was very popular on German swords of the latter 15th and early 16th centuries.
Measurements
Overall: 156.6 cm (61 5/8 in.); Blade: 125.3 cm (49 5/16 in.); Quillions: 26.2 cm (10 5/16 in.); Grip: 30 cm (11 13/16 in.)
