Interesting view here. I see in the comments that AAU tournaments are bad for development and I agree, but they weren’t made to develop that’s what camps, practices and workouts are for. Events are for testing, measuring and showcasing.

The time players spend traveling to “exposure events” and putting “highlights” on social media could be invested in workouts and recovery that would compound their success 🤔💭💭
The legacy of @coachlutzeier. there aren’t many players or coaches in central Florida who haven’t been coached or influenced by his knowledge. Passing the torch to the future coaches of the game.
This is what it’s all about. For you younger coaches out there please pour into your players. This game wasn’t made to be transactional this game was ment to be transformational. #thisistnba #honoredtobeapartofthejourney @keeganbrace1 @tNBA_ORL @TNBASOUTH @TNBA_Tampa

No doubt @EdgewaterAD made the best hire of 2024 with their head women’s coaching position. @keeganbrace1 is a truly selfless person who cares tremendously about the youth of central Florida! #proudtoknowher

There are two kinds of players. The ones that contact you about extra workouts and the ones you have to contact to get into the workouts. Which one are you?

I don’t want to coach my kids. I want to be their dad. But I will find the best people to coach them. @KalebSheldon10 @TNBA_Tampa @coachrobgeier

16 mons ago I left a staff that took me the better part of 12 years to build. Although I miss the daily interaction with them, I’m beyond blessed to have this quality group of people to call coaches in my new home in Tampa! Their work is constant, their passion is unwavering.
