It was a beautiful event in which the Democratic Michigan ticket lit a diya, @AbdulElSayed spoke about the foiled terrorist attack in Aurora and the need for us to come together to light the way forward, and several community members (and yes, Hindu ones too) spoke in support of the Democratic ticket.
