This is gender ideology, teaching kids that a person has the autonomy to self-define, regardless of bodily reality. "Bodies" are generic, w "parts" added or removed like Lego pieces; reproduction = "building a baby," w others' "spare parts" in a rented uterus. Dehumanizing.
