Runners arenβt made on race day.
Theyβre made in the dark. In the cold.
When no oneβs watching.
No GPS flex.
No likes.
Just sweat, silence, and stubbornness.
It's easy to show up when itβs sunny and everyoneβs hyping you up.
But real runners?
They show up when it sucks.
When itβs early. When itβs lonely.
When their body says no but their mind says, βgo anyway.β
The grind builds you. The spotlight just reveals it.
βIβm tired of digging holes, grandpa!β
