Two Indigenous elders in Delta BC were killed in a truck collision and Carney publicly mourned their deaths.
A non-Indigenous woman later died from her injuries and Carney said nothing.
The Tsawwassen FN called it “murder” while police thought the driver experienced a medical emergency.
The true cause has not been established. As with residential school deaths, there is a rush to judgment.
