I've talked to a few Brazilians about their politics and pretty consistently they blame the Supreme Court for the corruption and dysfunction in their country
A single Supreme Court justice (who used to be Lula’s personal attorney) extended voting for 2 hours.
But the design of the voting machines means they can’t be switched on after they’ve completed voting, meaning only the areas that never stopped voting (had forewarning of this change) can continue to vote.
Effectively giving Lula areas an extra 2 hours of voting.
