Redditors were able to out the bot by asking it specifically worded silly questions

I think this analysis is probably correct and you can tell because the only former Republican president at the RNC is the current candidate (Bush didn't go) and no former GOP Vice President (Quayle, Cheney, Pence) is there. The 2012 ticket (Romney, Ryan) is also absent.

The Python people need to release a Python 4 with literally no other changes beyond copying Go, Rust, etc., by standardizing on a tooling ecosystem.
