It’s disappointing to see the potential in a student that chooses not to see it in themselves. I lead people to water all the time, but I don’t force anyone to drink. However, I will pass along “salt cubes” to make them thirsty. But sometimes they get in their own way🤷🏾‍♀️.

There are some teachers working “extended day” (no planning) WITHOUT compensation….its crazy.

If you’re not looking at any and every possibility to increase planning time for teachers, you’re going to need to get ready to try to fill a lot of positions in the coming years. It’s absurd to expect teachers do their job at a high level with so little planning time.
