I assure you Texas Latinos don’t really care about protecting Israel especially when their favorite handy man got deported after getting pulled over and they are paying $90 fill up their tank…. Ben Shapiro, Levin, Kushner….. this one is on you. America first.

"Immediate Moratorium: Hinojosa advocates for an immediate pause or moratorium on new data center permits and construction until the Texas Legislature can convene to pass permanent, binding laws protecting residents. She has dismissed incumbent Governor Greg Abbott’s temporary administrative pauses as politically motivated moves meant to last only until after the election"

Republicans dropped the ball. Reminds me of LBJ and Civil Rights era. He knew what it meant to win the black voting block. Republicans did not seize the moment. They had a chance to win a good chunk of the Hispanic voting block for a generation. Instead...

If true, why would Lumentum $LITE take this $MRVL offer as the optical interconnect leader unless the board feels like this is the right time to be acquired as it maximized shareholder value? Truly wondering. This isn't a small company. Lumentum is a $100B company that's supposed to be leading the "next revolution" and bulls thought would drive significant stock returns for a decade.

Ai Usage limits need more transparency..... its wild that we have no way of assessing whether or not we are getting what we paid for. What are we actually paying for? How is it measured? Is it comparable across periods? @sama @thsottiaux

I easily go through my $500 plan weekly usage limit in a day… mostly using Sol and yesterday using Terra to stretch it out. Like I said, how do we know we are getting what we paid for when we can’t see the real meter? @thsottiaux

Yeah…. It’s suspect at best.

Elon has always been about himself
I've always defended X as the only platform to be on for financial discourse. But it's getting harder to when the owner constantly amplifies narratives of collapse… of companies whose interests conflict with his own at $SPCX or $TSLA. Would people be comfortable if $NVDA Jensen Huang owned $META? And then the timelines were dominated by his amplified narratives of $AVGO failing? I can't see how that would be healthy for grassroots discussion.

Enron distorted energy supply and price signals. AI’s transparency risk: providers set access limits and bill for hidden “thinking” tokens we can’t independently count. When the seller controls access and the meter, who verifies what we’re actually buying?
54
All of this “compute demand” conversations makes me think of Enron. Remember how they were controlling natural gas prices? This feels similar in some ways…. “Demand is crazy” reset, reset, reset…. How many companies have control over this? Feels suspect, at minimum.

Elon Elizabeth Holmes… I’ve been saying this. He lies a lot
I’m listening to the Tesla call now, and realizing that nothing any of these guys are saying means anything to me at all. And I love these guys, genuinely. I think they just messed up by being so carelessly bullish on all of these products without actually knowing whether anything they said would come true when they said it would. I wish I could care about what they say, but it’s just totally meaningless now because of how many times I’ve heard them say things that didn’t actually come true. You’d have to be some level of delusional to hear them say “next year, next summer, Q2 2027” and feel any genuine excitement or belief that it’ll actually come true. Love em, but it’s their fault that this is true. Nothing I can do about it unless I’m willing to be irrational and not pay attention to data and obvious patterns. I do fully believe in this company and do think they are on a warpath that they will win. But these calls are just a total joke and waste of time really. You can’t actually take anything said in them seriously.
