Jeffco School District in Colorado admits they are part of the "school to clinic pipeline". A district employee advises the board that they should oppose Prop 135 (banning sex rejecting chemical and surgical interventions for minors) because "we have partnerships with medical providers" who provide this.

5. Did I hear correctly that Jeffco has employees that are transing kids?! That’s what I heard as their reason to continue to support the mutilation of children.

Hi, Jamie Reed here. I am very sorry that I ever considered the children in our care by an identity label that led them to puberty blockers, cross sex hormones, and surgeries. I trusted that the hospital would not allow a practice to be instituted that didn’t not have high quality data and evidence supporting its use- especially in pediatrics. That trust was misplaced, and as a result children, young people, and their families received unethical and harmful interventions that I supported and assisted them with. I have sought to make amends for my participation in these practices. I seek everyday to address the harms that I took part in. I am sorry. It was wrong then, as soon as I knew better I tried to do better. I will continue to seek pathways for justice and healing for all families that I personally harmed, and to have these harmful practices ended everywhere.

open.substack.com/pub/lisase… Will it end with lawsuits? What are the successes, and barriers, and outlook? To find out, I spoke with Lynn Chadwick and Kathleen Dooley of the non-profit themisresourcefund.org. According to Lynn: “Our mission is to assist detransitioned people with litigation in the US. We do that by helping attorneys to get started with representing these unique clients, networking with attorneys and others who are key to this mission, connecting plaintiffs with attorneys, and funding litigation costs as we are able.” Join us at themisreaourcefund.org. Your contribution will go directly to helping detrans litigation happen in the US.

Last month, we informed the Supreme Court about Stephen Rosenthal's, Johanna Olson-Kennedy's, Diane Ehrensaft's and Asaf Orr, Esq.'s laser-focused goal of "trans'ing" kids even if it means ignoring the opposition of the child's parent. Parents will never forgive or forget those who harmed their children. Everyday we get one step closer in seeing these monsters destroyed, like all of the bodies they destroyed. supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/2…

Love tells the truth. Always.
If you love someone who identifies as trans, tell them not to get the surgery.

Tennessee AG Skrmetti (@AGTennessee) is investigating Planned Parenthood of Tennessee and North Mississippi for its practices regarding gender medicine. The AG's office has sent a demand letter for records related to the organization's treatment of specified patients after the date that the state's ban on sex rejecting procedures for minors went into effect. 🧵👇(link to the AG's demand letter at the end)

Never forget.
Boston Children’s Hospital wants you to forget they were proud of poisoning vulnerable children with puberty blockers & cross sex hormones & cutting off their healthy body parts in their marketing videos. Thank you to @BillboardChris for exposing these. Here are all of them.🧵

Thank you to everyone who has supported me in my ongoing legal battle against the doctors who transitioned me. I originally filed my lawsuit in July 2023, and I am still seeking justice more than 3 years later. Depositions were so brutal that I developed "burning mouth syndrome." Maybe I'll talk about them more one day. I am grateful for the chance to seek justice by making my appeal to the higher courts in NC. I hope that one day I can bring my case before a jury. I won't give up. Justice is on the line for all detransitioners like me.

We couldn't say the "fight is ending," even as to under 19's, but there is good news here. As detrans lawsuits proceed, insurance rates climb, and more people become aware of the unethical practices used to treat even adult patients, things will change. It can't be too soon.

This is why more detransitioners need their day in court. The stories of how so many vulnerable people were so entirely failed by the medical establishment need to be common knowledge.
When trying to reach normal people about the scandal occurring in gender clinics, the biggest problem we all face is that the truth about WPATH is simply too insane for the average person to believe. Most people find it impossible to accept that an entire field of medicine could be fueled by ideology and guided by fanatics. So they write us off as conspiracy theorists. My second essay in @Genspect’s REPATH series tells the story of those crucial years in the late 1990s and early 2000s when trans activists captured WPATH and how that paved the way for the scandal of gender affirming care.

I don't think the New York Times coverage of gender clinic closures is that bad. What's missing, however, is genuine curiosity about why the hospitals agreed to settle. This was not a decision taken lightly. It's fair to assume that gender clinicians and their allies within these hospitals, especially those located in blue states, face little-to-no opposition from other doctors or administrators. It's also known that hospitals went to the mat to fight closure efforts previously. That's Exhibit A. So, what's changed? Why the seeming capitulation now? Enter Exhibit B: mounting evidence of billing fraud, which comes from 3 sources. (1) Inferentially, from billing of puberty blockers for treatment of central precocious (abnormally early) puberty in 14- and 15-year-olds. (2) From gender clinicians and quasi-medical groups like WPATH, which has openly and explicitly recommended using "endocrine disorder" when billing for medical interventions in minors without an endocrine disorder (although they are likely to develop such a disorder as a result of treatment). (3) From court records in resolved qui tam lawsuits (e.g., in Texas) that show evidence of False Claims Act violations. The combination of these easily verifiable sources, together with the unexpected willingness of blue state hospitals to settle with the DOJ, should trigger curiosity about the leverage the DOJ actually had over NYU, Mt. Sinai, and other hospitals. It seems highly implausible that hospitals in New York, with Letitia James and Mamdani paying close attention, would shutter their clinics and pay out millions of $ unless the DOJ had court-proof evidence of billing fraud. Also, it's September 2026, and the New York Times still hasn't done an investigative report on how major medical associations and scientific journals have promoted misinformation and stifled debate on youth gender medicine.

It’s about time! PP is one of the most prolific prescribers of sex rejecting hormones to young adults based purely on self-id, a cursory “informed” consent not provided by a MD, limited health history or follow-up. It’s their new revenue stream and gets males in the door too!
On September 22, Do No Harm sent a letter to the Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services requesting a formal investigation into Planned Parenthood and its regional affiliates for potential medical coding fraud related to the cross-sex hormones they prescribe. As detailed in Do No Harm's complaint, our investigation suggests Planned Parenthood and its affiliates may be perpetrating a nationwide miscoding scheme to conceal services for sex-rejecting procedures and to facilitate improper insurance reimbursements for cross-sex hormones. Our investigation: 👇 Using medical and prescription claims data, we identified approximately 5,700 patients, age 22 and younger, who appear to have received between 11,000 and 12,000 gender-related prescriptions from Planned Parenthood affiliates between 2015 and 2025. Then came the red flags. 🚩 Of these 5,700 patients, about 800 received 1,100–1,200 hormone prescriptions seemingly linked to gender dysphoria but lacking a gender dysphoria diagnosis code for the associated medical office visit. Instead of using codes for gender identity disorders, Planned Parenthood affiliates repeatedly utilized codes unrelated to gender dysphoria such as: 🔴 E34.9: Endocrine disorder, unspecified; and 🔴 Z51.81: Therapeutic drug-level monitoring In addition, Planned Parenthood affiliates have openly advertised a practice of strategically miscoding medical encounters for gender-related mental disorders to facilitate insurance reimbursement. Why does this matter? 🤔 Medical diagnosis codes exist for a reason: they tell health insurers, including taxpayer-funded programs like Medicaid and Medicare, exactly what condition is being treated and whether treatment qualifies for reimbursement. When a provider intentionally uses an inaccurate medical code for a medical condition, this isn't a harmless error. It's fraud by which claims can circumvent the scrutiny they may otherwise face. And cross-sex hormones warrant scrutiny. Sex rejecting procedures lack evidentiary justification, and there is no medical consensus that they are safe or effective for minors struggling with gender dysphoria. Many interventions pose serious, life-long risks. And every branch of the federal government has recognized the harms of certain interventions. 🚫 This is why HHS must further investigate Planned Parenthood's potential scheme. If Planned Parenthood is deliberately using incorrect medical codes to disguise sex-rejecting procedures for minors, they must be stopped. Read the press release in the comments ⬇️

How will major news outlets cover the investigations of billing fraud in gender clinics? Now we know - without a single mention of billing fraud. The AP has finally reported on this and they do not dissappoint. Billing fraud doesn't appear in the title of the piece, but @LGBCourage's signs continue to get free coverage from a press corps that doesn't understand the irony of using them as a symbol of the "hateful right." 🧵follows. Why is it that the better quality the study, the less it supports “gender-affirming care”? A new Finnish register study found that adolescents referred to gender clinics had much higher psychiatric needs than controls — and those needs increased further after hormones or surgery.
