We just open-sourced an entire 3D team for Blender.
Introducing the Scenario plugin.
Use it inside Blender, or let Claude Code run it through MCP.

🚨BREAKING: Nous Research has raised $90 million at a $1.5 billion valuation after its open-source Hermes agent exploded in usage.
Hermes has been downloaded 22.7 million times since February.
Nous was at roughly $36 million in annualized revenue by mid-September. It expects to pass $100 million later this year.
Friendly reminder that Hermes was never built or intended to be exclusively for the "personal assistant" agent that can just read your emails and nothing else.
I fully intend and have plainly stated many times that I always built hermes to be the most powerful AI Agent.
"Normie" consumers can leverage that and we do what we can to make it an experience they can approach (the mobile app will be almost exclusively focused on consumer) - but they are not our only demographic.
I want the scientists, the cybersecurity engineers, the developers, the knowledge workers, the creatives, and everyone else to be able to have an agent that they can leverage that is maximally useful to them too.
Not just your mom. (She called btw you need to make your bed)

You can use Hermes Agent for a lot more than flight booking. Here are 326 use cases from real users:

to avoid that, only one solution: opensource.
There are two ways AI progress could go very badly and that we must avoid.
First, we could lose control of the future to AI. This is unacceptable; we are unapologetically on Team Humanity, and AI must always serve people. To ensure that, we need ways to ensure that alignment and safety techniques stay ahead of progress in model capabilities.
Second, we could end up in a world with too much concentration of power. If an extraordinarily powerful AI is used by one person or company to impress their worldview onto everyone else, the results could be extremely dystopian.
Avoiding these two threats requires walking a narrow middle path; for example, one country could gain too much power. Another example is one lab ending up with too much power.
havent posted in a year, but the playbook is too cynical to ignore.
big AI labs lobbying against open source "for our own safety" isn't philanthropy.
it s regulatory capture.
they don’t fear end of the world, they fear open competition and sovereign alternatives and lose their monopoly.

Yeah, so open source AI is important & will be even more so in the coming years.
Not your models, not your mind ✊🏾

found 7 bugs in a cool repo from Mistral again, I either got LLM psychosis or it's real and I'm starting to get the hang of this

Little blog post about something I built, I've managed to find vulns in many repo such as @NousResearch or @ComfyUI (And many others) by using this process and my good old 3090 24GB and an open source model.

Here's my latest experimental piece I call this one
"Lost and Found on Dino Island" 🦖
I used Nano Banana Pro and Topaz in Adobe Firefly boards for the images and Klings new 2.6 Model for the animation.
The tools have made a huge jump in quality and consistency it's undeniable.
