Communicating with the Roblox support appeals team is like talking to 5 year olds. You can explain everything and put 6 images of evidence and theyll still call you guilty or refer back to the 2 appeal chances you get. Just let me become an appeal worker and I’ll get the job done

Actually guys, don't just be cautious, avoid the Trusted Friends feature altogether. It's causing way too many Child Safety bans, which are the hardest to appeal. Roblox also likely reports these bans to the NCMEC, so it's not worth the risk. #Roblox

Roblox users are getting banned for Child Safety, showing Chat Evidence IDs with no explanation of what they did wrong. This is apparently happening because of Roblox's new Trusted Chat feature, so I advise everyone not to use the Roblox Chat until this is resolved.. This AI ban system is also entirely different from what was announced by Roblox on the DevForum.

Roblox can admit its enforcement systems make mistakes but acknowledging false positives isn't taking responsibility. Support is practically useless for those affected. such as myself You can't admit your system gets it wrong and leave players to deal with the consequences.
