That will because their new billing system is a random number generator obviously weighted in their favour. I'm try speaking to someone about my account now! But I don't think they employ people anymore - another reason for the grotesque profits. @britishgas
@BritishGas @BritishGasHelp - can't contact with web chat because their new account system logs you out before they get round to answering due to inactivity! All while I've been on hold forever on the phone which I assume they will never answer either.
Turns out their profits have indeed come from their switch to a new billing system. They don't credit your accounts on new system with what you paid on old one, they just keep it. @BritishGas

So @BritishGas have just switched to a new web system to access accounts. In the new system you get no access to any data, smart meter readings or anything. Does that mean we won't get any more bills either? Someone messed up here I think.
And I'll try the @BritishGas live chat to get an answer? Number 81 in line! I might be able to work out how many 'agents' there are by how fast that number drops. Right now it looks like there is only 1 maybe 2 !!

Gavin Williamson is the 80th minister to have resigned of been sacked in 2022. If this were a school it would be in special measures. If it were a company it would be in administration. Yet this is our chaotic Conservative Government. Time for change.
To be fair I think I did hear somewhere he was going to donate to charity? But he should be at work, working for his constituents. Whatever he thinks his motives are, he is there for himself not for the public who employ him.

If he really wants to show viewers the human side of politicians, maybe he could leave the show & donate his £400,000 to the NHS.
