Wow! These are exactly all the lessons I’ve had in the last three weeks of wearing a Levels CGM. Was recently diagnosed prediabetic and reeling from the news. Sugar is in everything and I mean everything in a box, jar, bag, package, or can- plus the late evening eating.

These days, more than any other question, I’m asking “What would this look like if it were easy?” If I feel stressed, stretched thin, or overwhelmed, it’s usually because I’m overcomplicating something or failing to take the simple/easy path because I feel I should be trying “harder” (old habits die hard).

your gratitude practice is your liberation practice. your healing practice is your liberation practice. your spiritual practice is your liberation practice. your self-care practice is your liberation practice. everything is interconnected when it comes to our journey to freedom.

According to our projections, we expect to be able to clean the entire Great Pacific Garbage Patch (containing 100,000,000kg of plastic) using ten systems based on System 03.

Oh my this is a good one
The real "morning routine" nobody tells you about: 1. Eat a reasonable dinner, no caffeine or alcohol 2. Stop looking at screens around 9PM 3. Get into bed by 10PM 4. Relax, meditate, do some light reading 5. Wake up early feeling fucking great and ready to go
