$BTC
If you zoom out a little bit this is realistically the only chart that really matters
Low timeframes may suck but the monthly looks excellent still
Especially considering all the geopolitical shit we've been getting thrown at us

Fake, synthetic
I am not going away @vladtenev @DanGallagher
AMC Entertainment does not consent to Robinhood creating Stock Tokens to replicate AMC shares in the United States (the SEC requires you to get our consent, or failing that, at least with us to stand down). They are fake, synthetic shares, which could impact our capital structure.
AMC should control our financial destiny, not Robinhood.

We have had 3 red Octobers in $BTC in 13 years. Same held true for Feb this year and we had a red month. Going to find out if Uptober is a real thing

What's amazing to me, if we think back 10 years, the war on crypto has been so persistent that the TradFi firms have done very little to compete with the crypto native firms, who will eventually win. They will win because they have a first mover advantage of a mile in a highly technical business that is built on network effects. There is no larger first mover advantage than blockchain. Look at $BTC, other than being the perfect asset by design, it was first. $ETH was first in the smart contract lane and give credit to $SOL for finding it's place as an L1.
I remember when Blythe Masters left JPM after 27 years to go to a blockchain company. It's the first time I had heard about $BTC and blockchain. Given Masters created the credit default swap, it was pretty known blockchain tech was the future rails. So JPM has a choice then, start to build the onchain business in earnest or lead a war against the inevitable successor to the current system. Maybe they didn't really have a choice, but the ramifications now are clear - winner takes all.
@coinbase and @brian_armstrong defended an entire industry for a decade, to the point everyone on here making money would be doing something else if it wasn't for their effort and decision making, and most importantly their ability to win. $HOOD gets priced like a high growth company with their multiple. RH is a TradFi firm that's marketed the company well and has been defended by news networks and analysts, but if the growth revenue is onchain revenue then that's a problem. RH is a TradFI firm and Tenev is a good CEO, but RH has been onchain on a rented L2 for a month or so.
$COIN is the original onchain company that has executed in a very operationally difficult space for over a decade with an L2 that has been grinding for years. Make your own assessment, but if the future is onchain and tokenization, in a space where first mover and network effects are almost essential, how does RH get the high growth multiple and CB get the exchange multiple? Because of the war by TradFi on DeFi and blockchain. $COIN also has more $BTC in treasury than all but several companies. The assets on the balance sheet provide a natural hedge to dollar earnings.
Everyone needs to wake up.

One of the issues with $COIN are the converts. It drives shorting, especially on moves higher as delta moves towards 1. Single digit millions of shares are shorted to hedge out those positions, and can be up to half or more of the short interest for the stock.

Grok is the leading client for agentic traders on Coinbase currently.
This is just the beginning
Eurodollarization is back
It’s surprising how many people overlooked the most important thing @DavidSacks said yesterday about stablecoins:
“Stablecoin demand could lower long-term interest rates.”
That’s the real takeaway. Fiscal dominance is unstoppable and stablecoins will be America’s new UST.

$BTC Open Interest flushed a lot on this little move down.
It never really got up during this rally, and now whatever longs were in also took profit or got flushed out.
Open Interest back to levels when BTC was trading in the low 60Ks.
There isn't a lot of leverage in this market as we speak.
The Coinbase premium has remained roughly flat during this move.
Just like we made crypto accessible to millions of people, we're now lowering the entry barrier to agentic trading... while also dramatically raising the ceiling for what your agent can do with your money.

"The end game for highly indebted governments, nearly 100% of the time, ends with financial repression, trying to inflate that debt away, and impairing cash and bondholders. “
🚨 @LynAldenContact ON WHY NOTHING STOPS THE DEBT SPIRAL:
"Congress going to say, 'The 10-year is over 5%, maybe we should trim defense spending or reform Social Security and Medicare?' It's not gonna happen. There's no political will to do that. Less than 1% chance. Negligible."
On how it plays out instead:
"If the Treasury market ever breaks, instead of Congress doing anything, the Fed steps in. They kind of have to because financial stability and moderate long-term yields are part of their mandate. Congress isn't doing it because the people don't really want it. They want a balanced budget in theory. But do you want to cut this, this, and this, or raise your taxes? 'Well, no.'"
On the historical endpoint:
"The end game for highly indebted governments, nearly 100% of the time, ends with financial repression, trying to inflate that debt away, and impairing cash and bondholders. Whether it's the central bank doing it, whether it's the Treasury doing it, whether they take turns, these are the types of things you see when you start getting over 100% debt to GDP and no realistic austerity anywhere near the horizon."

Are people finally waking up on base:0x940181a94a35a4569e4529a3cdfb74e38fd98631 's adoption metrics ?
The idea that on-chain users need to grasp is that @aeroxyz is a revenue engine that plugs on-chain, optimizes liquidity routing for traders / liquidity providers / veAERO lockers
Every ounce of revenue captured on any chain flows back to LPers and veAERO lockers
1.8M of weekly revenue derived from base alone is currently spitting a 20%+ APR on average
Let's see what that number will look like in a few months
