Founders should work on first-order problems. If you’re working on a second-order problem, there’s a good chance your market doesn’t exist yet. Example: First order: make robots actually work. Second order: build tooling for the millions of robots that will exist once someone makes them work. I’m seeing this everywhere in robotics rn.
