Why I personally enjoy higher rep, lighter weight sets:
I feel I'm better able to really focus on driving the weight/tension into the target muscle, rather than solely focusing on moving a heavier weight for 6-8 reps, where form would break down easier and other muscles would assist/take over
Able to more safely, comfortably, and effectively hit failure in *target muscle only*
Far less chance of acute injury too
I'm not saying this is the de facto BEST way to lift, its just what works for ME
(Compound exercises I'll more often do lower reps + higher weight because its cool)
If you need an app to keep track of your peptides...
You probably have never done a set of squats to failure
And I promise you'd get a LOT more out of that than all the peptides you take, combined
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Can you imagine NOT being an alpha male? Literally could NOT be me lmao
All these beta males. They probably don't even own a gun (I do). I also doubt they hit the iron paradise everyday (like me) to get the demons out of their heads.
What a bunch of beta bitches. Again, couldn't be me (because im an alpha male) 🔥🔥 🐺
"No one looks good IRL. The pictures you see online are with pump + good lighting..."
This is so true. Here's me flexed vs. unflexed (still WITH pump and good lighting), mere seconds apart
Please don't get fooled and compare:
- you in your bathroom mirror at night
vs.
- someone else immediately flexing post workout in the posing room
I get steroid accusations every week - some notes:
1) Noone looks as good IRL. The pictures you see online are with pump + good lightning + some even edit them (I dont)
2) Steroids bring many more issues into your life than you'd think. i've done the research and decided against it.
3) The upside of steroids is very limited. people care much less about your muscles than you think.
4) muscles come with stigma. i am often labeled the gym bro or vain. while that is partially true, it's also annoying.
5) if you take steroids, take a minimal dosage. that would allow you to look like you're more athletic and more disciplined than you actually are.
6) if you're willing to trade several years of your life for that really roidy look, do it. undoubtedly people will notice you and undoubtedly there will be women who will be very attracted to you for having that look.
again i think you're an idiot if you take steroids especially below the age of 35 but if you do it, be smart about it
You have to BELIEVE you can look like a monster freak as a natural.
If you think you can ONLY look good on gear, you won’t ever look good—with or without it.
JT is a good example of this. All he does is comment hate and "bUt YoUr On GeAr" on anybody who is in better shape than him (which is basically anybody who takes lifting semi seriously)
Its sad. If guys like him put HALF the amount of time/effort into the gym/diet as they do hating, they would look good!
Can you be 300 pounds and shredded as a natural? Probably not...
But if you convince yourself/work as if you CAN, you will end up looking really, really good. There are plenty of great examples on here
Please try and get rid of your self-limiting beliefs!
