Nature is my canvas.
We live in a world of abstract art, yet so much of it goes unnoticed. The patterns, the chaos, the colours, the imperfections. All of it already exists.
I don't need to invent any of it. I just need to find it.

Aurora Australis, photographed in North West Victoria, at just 34.8° south latitude. A rare sight this far north, where the Southern Lights are usually much harder to see.
There is never enough spotlight on the people who create the art to begin with. Yes the people with money are always going to get attention, it's just the way it is.
But if there are no artists, there is no art. If you see something you like share it, comment on it, that shit goes a long way.
Just landed in Marfa, Texas. My goal here at Art Blocks is to meet and show respect to as many artists as humanly possible for the next few days. Trying to be a patron of the arts and supporting artists is a big responsibility for me that I don’t take lightly. People like me that purchase art get way more credit than we should. The spotlight should always remain on the artists themselves that are taking the risks to push this movement forward…

An image can be constructed from moments that were real. Another can look entirely real without ever having happened.
So what actually makes an image authentic?
The pixels, or the experience behind them?
