Worth repeating. When you tie directly to the muscle, the muscle becomes necrotic & the suture sleeve loosens even though it passed the tug test at implant. If you "tie to the knot" this does not happen. Dont blame the patient reconsider how you tie. #epfellows #epeeps #ICRT
