This fee is charged by the payment processing provider responsible for converting your Naira to USDT. It is NOT a fee charged by Giant Wallet. How exactly do you think your Naira gets converted to USDT? Do you think you simply send Naira to a bank account and, by magic, USDT appears in your crypto wallet? There is a payment infrastructure behind that entire process, and the providers charge for their services. Even more importantly, these charges are clearly displayed on your Giant Wallet before you confirm any transaction. You can see both the platform fee and the processing fee. Nothing is hidden! We have always been transparent about our charges. However, if you believe Giant Wallet is too expensive for you, you are absolutely free to use other wallets that offer cheaper services. We are building, improving, and doing our best to make cryptocurrency transactions easier for everyone. Constructive criticism is welcome, but insults are unnecessary.
