People need to get their facts straight. Reform has not gone soft on immigration. Zia was born in Scotland to legal immigrants. His father is a doctor and his mother is a nurse, and both have worked in the NHS since arriving here. Zia is a self-made millionaire who has paid millions in tax to this country.
Lowe did not spend his own money on the rape gang inquiry; he crowdfunded it. He was asked by Maggie Oliver not to go ahead with the inquiry as it was a complete waste of time, since only the courts have the power to make people appear in court. Maggie said all it would do is make the victims relive their ordeal [delete again]. Lowe’s inquiry was completely toothless.
Lowe went into business during lockdown with Sunak's wife. When it failed, they both walked away owing taxpayers £6.1 million. Look at what Lowe did to Southampton FC; they cheered when he left. He’s a nasty, vindictive, bitter, and egomaniacal person.
And surely to God you were not taken in by his offer to Reform! If he'd been genuine, it would have been done in private—not done by a video on the internet, set to music with a list of ridiculous demands! Why should Reform step down? Lowe is an MP only because he stood on the Reform platform. All of Lowe’s councillors stood as independents and then switched to Lowe's gang.
Lowe sits on Tory committees. Why? He’s obviously been promised something. He’s already said that if he doesn’t win the general election, he’s off. When did you last hear of a single MP—who even has a deputy leader—becoming the government? You are being played, people. Wake up! Lowe is no good! But of course, if you want Labour to get a second term, carry on supporting him!

To any young ones out there who think the state pension doesn’t matter or should go — please take a moment to listen. My husband is about to retire. He’s paid into workplace pensions for over 40 years, working process and manual jobs. Not high-paid roles, just decent above-average wages for that kind of work. He stayed at one place for 18 years and another for well over 20. Over that time the companies changed schemes and pots — things he had no say in — and sorting it all out now has been a right hassle. Workplace pensions do have a big advantage: the employer pays in as well (under the rules it’s at least 3% of qualifying earnings, on top of what you put in). If you were only paying into your own private pension today, you wouldn’t automatically get that employer money. Even so, after all those years of him and his employers putting money in — amounts that could easily add up to several thousand pounds a year in total contributions — he’s looking at something that, if he’s lucky, might cover roughly half a month’s wage each month from the whole lot in retirement. A lot of ordinary workers end up in a similar position. Changing jobs means multiple pots, contributions can be at the minimum levels, and growth doesn’t always turn into the kind of income people hope for once fees, markets and inflation are taken into account. It’s doubtful many of you will build a private pension that does much better on its own. The state pension is still the safety net underneath all of that. Right now the full new state pension is around £241 a week (just over £12,500 a year), and it rises under the triple lock. For people who haven’t built huge private pots — which is most of us who aren’t in high-paid jobs — it makes a real difference. Support it and fight to keep it strong. It’s your safety net too, not just for the generation retiring now.

Gent in purple, "State pensioners who have contributed their whole lives are on a lot less than minimum wage"
"I'm very lucky to have a small German pension, and believe me, it's a lot more than what we pay in this country"
"Most of western Europe their pensions are much higher than the state pension in this country"
"I'm lucky I get a pension from the military"
"But people on the basic state pension, I reall feel sorry for them"
My view:
The full new State Pension is roughly £12,548 a year.
Someone working 37.5 hours a week on the £12.71 minimum wage earns about £24,785 before tax.
That puts the full new State Pension at barely half a full-time minimum-wage salary.
Government figures show that 12% of pensioner families received their income entirely from the State Pension and other state benefits in 2024/25.
That same year, around 1.7 million pensioners — one in seven — were living in relative poverty after housing costs.
A better pension means being able to heat your home, eat properly and see friends without calculating what you’ll have to go without afterwards.
It also means money spent in the communities where pensioners live.
After a lifetime of working, caring and contributing, financial security should be something people can expect.

Burnham is about to surrender Britain’s ability to deport foreign criminals to the EU.
A leaked draft of Burnham’s ‘Brexit Reset’ states the UK will ‘not proceed’ with early deportations and removals to the EU under the Sentencing Act 2026.
Since 2023, the authorities have sent more than 375,000 notifications abroad regarding EU nationals convicted in Britain.
Burnham is happy to betray the 17 million Brits who voted to leave the EU, and throw open our borders as a bargaining chip.
He has already capitulated on everything the EU has demanded.
He’s set to bring 80,000 young EU citizens here while a million young Brits are out of work.
He’s set to continue to give British fishing rights to Brussels.
He’s set to send taxpayer money into a fund for less developed EU countries.
Over and over, Andy Burnham has put the interests of foreign nationals above the interests of the British people.
This ends with us.
Reform will be a government for one people and one people only:
The British people.

I am shocked and disgusted by the story of Captain Ken Kunkel who was assaulted by two kids and this woman while supervising air cadets selling poppies. He’s now undergone emergency spinal surgery and may never walk again.
The 11 year old who did this can’t be charged, and the 12 year old will get some minor penalty. This is not justice. The youth criminal justice act needs serious reform.
Who are these kids? Who are their parents?
What punishments can we apply to violent youth crime?
If you’re old enough and strong enough to kick and stomp a full grown man on the ground such that he is paralyzed - you’re old enough to face justice.
We need to know their names, and their parents’ names. This shameful behaviour needs to be exposed. Every element of social and peer pressure should be used to shame families involved in this behaviour. All kids do stupid things, even kids of good parents. But if your 11 year old
is assaulting and paralyzing a grown man, that’s on you parents. Something went wrong years ago.
This is not justice, and we’re seeing an uptick in gangs deliberately using underage kids to commit shockingly violent crimes because they’re not tried as adults.
There’s plenty of kids that know this and laugh. For people who laugh off decency and restraint, the corresponding punishment should do the same. This 11 year old can change this Captain’s life, and that of his wife, kids and grandchildren forever, and yet his life will go on as usual. Absolutely shocking and disgusting. If you can deliberately and maliciously destroy someone’s life, there must be some degree of accountability from either you or your parents, even if you’re 11.
We have 11 year olds assaulting teachers in schools as well. Time to bring back corporal punishment.
Praying for a speedy recovery for Captain Kunkel.

No i wybuchają protesty w kolejnych miastach, materiał filmowy z Bydgoszczy.

Gov has made it almost impossible to avoid folic acid.
Manufacturers and retailers are not helping either @waitrose
What are people with cancer, heart stents, B12 deficiency and those who don't want an increased risk of cancer meant to do?
Replying to @waitrose
@Waitrose has closed the door on a customer trying to avoid synthetic folic acid.
After weeks of correspondence (Case 19308882) they wrote:
“Please refer to my email on 20/10, where I advised that we are unable to assist you further on this matter, as all available information has already been shared. Please note that while any further correspondence will be logged on your file, it may not be responded to.”
One slice of fortified bread is fine. Ordinary daily intake of bread + cereal + pie/pastry + biscuits easily exceeds 300–450 μg — well over the 200 μg level previously advised for over-50s because of B12-masking risk.
A substantial part of Waitrose’s core customer base is over 50. They have no system to identify folic-acid-free products and no plan to warn customers about cumulative exposure.
@ClareCraigPath has highlighted the issues with unmetabolised folic acid and the limits of the safety data. Retailers following the mandate still have a duty to consider cumulative effects under the Food Safety Act.

I've never been more convinced just how clever Farage really is 🇬🇧
People should be asking how we’re supposed to trust YOU when you keep coming out with this absolute nonsense.
First of all… Counter Terrorism Police confirmed they found NO evidence Nigel Farage was involved in Nathan Gill’s bribery offences. So why are we still trying to drag him into it? He was cleared of any involvement. Cope.
And as for Farage appearing on RT… SO WHAT? David Lammy, Jeremy Corbyn and John McDonnell appeared on there too. Lammy was even PAID for it! Does that make them Putin puppets as well? Or does that only apply to Farage? 🤷🏻♀️
And let’s not forget the Lib Dems accepted donations from Ferring Pharmaceuticals which is linked to billionaire Frederik Paulsen Jr.. who served as Russia’s honorary consul and was personally awarded the Order of Friendship by Putin himself!
They carried on accepting donations after Russia annexed Crimea in 2014 for 5 YEARS! But I don’t hear anyone calling THEM Putin apologists. Funny that. 🙄
Then there’s the NATO argument… Back in 1990, Western officials discussed assurances about NATO not expanding eastwards. That’s documented. NATO then expanded eastwards multiple times.
Farage was talking about the geopolitical consequences and warning about how Russia would react. That’s not defending Putin. That’s understanding basic geopolitics! No one would ever defend Putin.. that’s absurd.
You can explain WHY something happened without agreeing with it! If you can’t understand that difference maybe YOU shouldn’t be lecturing anyone on foreign policy.
And don’t even get me started on this tired old line about Farage admiring Putin. What he ACTUALLY said in 2014 was..
“As an operator, but NOT AS A HUMAN BEING, I would say Putin.”
He also made it very clear he didn’t approve of Putin politically and criticised his treatment of journalists. You left that out too, didn’t you?
You asked whose side Farage is on. I believe he’s on the side of Britain and the British people.
As for Labour? I’d love to know when they’re going to start putting hardworking British people first for a change. If you’ll mislead people about this what else are you willing to mislead us about?

A few people have also raised another issue, MPs falling asleep in the House of Commons.
It's an absolutely appalling look for Parliament.
Millions of hardworking Britons would face disciplinary action if they were caught sleeping on the job. Why should MPs be any different?
If you're caught sleeping in the chamber, you should be called out and face consequences.
You're paid by the British taxpayer to represent them, not to have an afternoon nap.
The people making our laws should be held to the same standards as the people expected to follow them.
I completely agree with this.
For far too long, the Speaker has tolerated poor behaviour from both sides of the House.
The result? An erosion of respect for Parliament, and the British public can see it happening in real time.
I would also like to see a ban on mobile phones in the chamber.
Too many MPs sit glued to their screens, looking bored, distracted and completely disengaged.
You're elected to represent the British public, not sit scrolling through your phone.
Parliament deserves better standards. So do the people paying their salaries.
