Scarlett Johansson panicked and bailed on her first date with Colin Jost after he suggested getting drinks because she didn’t know how dating worked. She was home by 9:36 and her babysitter was confused “I honestly never got asked out before. People don’t believe me, but it’s true.” “I was serially monogamous, and I never really got the traditional, ‘Would you like to have dinner sometime?’” “He actually asked me on a date. We went to an Italian restaurant in the East Village. It was a lovely date.” “After dinner, he suggested meeting some friends and grabbing a drink.” “I hadn’t really dated before, so I was just like, ‘I gotta go now. I need to leave.’” “I got home to relieve my babysitter, and it was 9:36.” “She was like, ‘Why are you home?’” “Later, Colin told me he thought that was it. He couldn’t understand why I was acting so weird.” “I just felt so flustered. I panicked. I don’t know.”
