I had a great conversation with the UK Prime Minister @AndyBurnham, and we are grateful to Britain for its unwavering, strong, and truly leading support. Today, Britain made a strong decision to provide an additional ยฃ10 billion in financial support โ ยฃ7 billion in economic support over the next three years, and another ยฃ3 billion in British export support, primarily for the supply of much-needed weapons that will strengthen our protection of lives. This is on top of the annual support Britain already provides to Ukraine.
A truly strong and very timely step โ coming right as Russia needs to see and feel that Ukraine will not be left alone to deal with the problems Russia is so eager to escalate. Every step to strengthen Ukraine brings Russia closer to realizing that it must end this war of its own making.
Of course, Andy and I also discussed sanctions policy, and Britain will remain principled on this โ setting an example that matters globally.
I am grateful to Britain, to Prime Minister Andy Burnham and his team, and to every person around the world who understands that standing with Ukraine is the right thing to do โ that it means being on the right side of history.

I don't think people realize just how crazy this is getting.
We've reached a point where one person with AI
..can build things that used to require an entire team, months of work, and hundreds of thousands of dollars.
And it's only getting faster.
Here's why I think Three.js will win:
Game engines have been around for decades.
Game development and simulations have relied on them for their tooling.
Three.js keeps improving, catching up with the visual quality of game engines. Except everything runs directly in your browser, desktop or mobile, nothing to install.
And now AI has flattened the learning curve.
People don't need years of technical knowledge to build something impressive. Those who already have game dev or creative web experience can move even faster.
What used to take months or years can now take days, sometimes just hours.
I once worked on a large-scale interactive project that involved an entire team and nearly a year of development (used Unity back then), yet the final result had less visual richness and interactivity than what Threejs + AI can achieve today.
And that still blows my mind.
meanwhile, people are still debating whether AI produces slop, or whether they should reject it.
But AI is already one of the best tools to get complex things done, at a fraction of the time and cost.
of course, there will always be a market for specialized engines and tooling. But for most interactive experiences, the time and cost to build have dropped dramatically.
With browser-native distribution, open-source tooling, and no engine licensing fees, Three.js adoption is already exploding.
And I think we're barely scratching the surface.
What's coming next is going to be massive.

Don't get hyped about DeepMind's Gemini Carbon, I've seen early previews and it's less than what you get with GPT-6.1 Sol from OpenAI, which in turn is still less than Opus 5.5 from Anthropic. There's like the hype and then there is the reality. I'm not sure if Meta Wonder-Full is better than Kimi K3.1 or not, but I'm not trying to get either one. Some people are reporting that they are liking their results from DeepSeek and that is probably in sixth place. I paid for a month of the Gemini 4 and so I'm still trying out different prompts with Argon, and it did trim a file that was 130,000 lines of code to 26,000 lines of code and the file actually performed better after the trim, but the plan for what to trim came from Fable.

Our key shortage right now is Patriot interceptors to take down Russian ballistic missiles. Russia is betting primarily on ballistic missiles in this war, especially with winter approaching. We now need particular help securing anti-ballistic missile interceptors. Europe has these resources, and so do our partners in the United States.
It is important that the relevant programs truly work, particularly the PURL initiative, and that the U.S. side does not delay deliveries under the program. We are counting heavily on support for this at every level.
Every day of delay means losses and destruction for us, given that Russiaโs ballistic missile campaign against our cities and communities continues every single day, nonstop. We need the appropriate deliveries.

Fable 5.5 leaks
- Cognition's FrontierCode 2.0 has a hidden model called "Obsidian 3" that scores 46.8%, beating the #1 Opus 5.5 at 45.5%.
- It runs on the Claude Code harness, so it's a Claude model. If it's outperforming Opus 5.5, it can be Fable 5.5.
- It also costs 3.6ร more than Opus 5.5 at the same effort level, which adds to the speculation.
The launch seems very close. We could see Fable 5.5 in early November. They're cooking
