We made this memorial video for Gillly. Ian Miller, @IhodlD. Co-founder of @xPEPENFT. A husband, a dad, and one of the first people a lot of us ever talked to on the XRP Ledger. It's built from the messages people posted over the last 24 hours. Over a hundred of you are in it, and that's only what we could fit. There was too many good things said about him to put in here, and many more knew him from a chat, a trade, a game, or something he sent you for no reason other than to make your day. That was Gillly. He checked on people. He gave things away. He showed up for every project on the Ledger, not just his own. If you knew him, you most likely have a memory that makes you smile. If you didn't, this is how an XRPL OG is remembered. You played a good game, Ian. Now it's time to rest. 🐸🖤❤️

It is with an incredibly heavy heart that we share the passing of our friend and fellow X Pepe founder, Ian Miller, known throughout the community as @IhodlD (Gillly). Ian wasn't just part of X Pepe. He was family.

Joining the community displaying my favourite @xPEPENFT. Had a chat with @IhodlD when I snipped this mf years ago, its something like sub ~500 NFT minted on XRPL which he appreciated. He was community driven and will be missed 💯

This sucks... One of the best supporters in this community and truly cared. My thoughts go out to the family and loved ones. One day will be trading NFTs again. Until then, please watch over the ledger and send XRP to the moon 🙏💚

We also intend to create something permanent on the XRPL to memorialize Ian and his place within XPepe and the wider community. We're still deciding what that should look like and want to take the time to do it properly.
