you should give this a read if you're serious
Being AI native has nothing to do with adoption. If your team uses AI every day and your business still runs the same way, this is for you. It's everything we've learned from hundreds of deployments:

everyone who uses Codex right now is talking about how useless it is compared to Claude Code, and the new update is even worse: two days ago, "usage fixes" update dropped, along with three limit resets. woke up today. 72% usage remaining why? who knows. looks like i'm not the only one, though. bought CC max today. wish OAI would improve their product, but it's no longer my problem.

RT @shaundevan_: I've worked with Fortune 500 execs and $100M+ operators, and Meta's Muse just broke every one of their brains. The texts…

My biggest level up was taking advice from this clip and not worrying about doing the bullshit by hand. As a good friend once told me, “AGI is here”. Asked myself “why am I manually doing anything?” and stopped. Just slap it into AI.
Sam Altman has access to every model OpenAI makes and he still works the way he did 20 years ago He still scrolls his inbox hunting for the email that's "least painful" to open. He knows it makes no sense When David Senra asked him why, he gave the most honest answer I've heard about AI adoption: In his words: "there's something in my mind that is encoded that doing this kind of stuff is what it means to work" Look at what "this kind of stuff" is for him: pasting from one messaging app to another, digging through email, working a to-do list Now look at how work is done in your company. Most of the day is the same stuff. Copying, pasting, chasing updates, moving information from one place to another And every person doing it has the same AI he does If the best tools in the world can't break the habit for Altman, handing your team one more tool won't break it either The habit only breaks when the work itself gets redesigned around AI The companies that redesign their work around AI are already pulling ahead.

yeah lol. decent marketing term, but at the end of the day it’s completely meaningless.
Everyone loves to slap "AI native" on top of something. It's techs new favorite buzzword. But it won't mean anything in a few years. Nobody calls their company "internet-native" anymore.

Real talk. If you have ever wanted to build something, the app, the startup, the agency, whatever you keep describing to your friends at midnight, now is THE time. And I mean now. Not after the next course. Not after you feel ready. This genuinely keeps me up at night. We are living through the cheapest and most open moment in history to make something big out of nothing. A laptop, an internet connection, and a few tools that cost less than your phone bill. The thing that used to need a team and a year of runway now needs a weekend and a subscription. Nobody checks your resume. Nobody asks who your parents are. The work either exists or it does not. You do not have to accept the life you were handed. That used to be a nice thing people said to make you feel better. Right now it is just true. So build the damn thing.

This is why AEO is vital. Why burn money when you can game the system?

I built this portable 3d printer. it folds flat, and a scissor lift lets it expand to print big objects. It's CoreXY, uses fishing line for the motion system, has a direct drive extruder, and the option of storing an 8-hour print time battery or an entire filament spool inside

It sounds crazy to say but strategic reserves of at least coms satellites could be stored in high orbit or on the moon. You could even place things behind the moon and use cheaper repeaters in bulk such that the higher value assets are out of line of sight. Crazy where space warfare will lead us eventually; our modern world is build from many things that wouldn't exist if not for the terrestrial wars we've fought.

your job as a researcher, developer is to help your salesperson sell things. build something that is easy to sell. build something that people actually need

Absolutely. Having marketed bad products and good products, it is insane how much easier it is to market good products because they deliver on the promises you get to make.
