RT @shaundevan_: I've worked with Fortune 500 execs and $100M+ operators, and Meta's Muse just broke every one of their brains. The texts…

Real talk. If you have ever wanted to build something, the app, the startup, the agency, whatever you keep describing to your friends at midnight, now is THE time. And I mean now. Not after the next course. Not after you feel ready. This genuinely keeps me up at night. We are living through the cheapest and most open moment in history to make something big out of nothing. A laptop, an internet connection, and a few tools that cost less than your phone bill. The thing that used to need a team and a year of runway now needs a weekend and a subscription. Nobody checks your resume. Nobody asks who your parents are. The work either exists or it does not. You do not have to accept the life you were handed. That used to be a nice thing people said to make you feel better. Right now it is just true. So build the damn thing.

I built this portable 3d printer. it folds flat, and a scissor lift lets it expand to print big objects. It's CoreXY, uses fishing line for the motion system, has a direct drive extruder, and the option of storing an 8-hour print time battery or an entire filament spool inside

It sounds crazy to say but strategic reserves of at least coms satellites could be stored in high orbit or on the moon. You could even place things behind the moon and use cheaper repeaters in bulk such that the higher value assets are out of line of sight. Crazy where space warfare will lead us eventually; our modern world is build from many things that wouldn't exist if not for the terrestrial wars we've fought.

Morning team! Lots going on behind the scenes at Sentinel Robotics as we get ready to relocate to the US. 2026 will mark Americas 250th Birthday but also the beginning of the end for the feral hogs reign of destruction in the US. Join the fight today! Pax Americana!

your job as a researcher, developer is to help your salesperson sell things. build something that is easy to sell. build something that people actually need

Absolutely. Having marketed bad products and good products, it is insane how much easier it is to market good products because they deliver on the promises you get to make.

The future has arrived! After a long wait, we are finally ready to reveal our complete space humanoid HELIOS. After two semesters of intense work, research and iteration, this is what we have to show. 4 arms. 4 hands. 1 vision. 1 dream.

CI for voice AI is essentially done. Parallel LiveKit calls now work - as for every other platform adapter. Iterate 10x faster and load test from your editor.
Before, coding agents had no way to actually verify if the voice agents they ship work. I built a CLI that lets your agent place real calls to voice agents on Vapi, LiveKit, and other platforms so they can autonomously fix broken logic with better context. > Runs on Haiku 4.5 and speaks via Deepgram (configurable persona + 7 languages) > Forwards every event to stdout - STT transcript, tool calls, transfers, costs, provider warnings > Measures call from inside - mouth-to-ear latency at p50-p99, per-turn TTS/STT/LLM, audio quality (clipping, SNR, drops) All open source. npx vent-hq@latest init - no setup needed. Your agent auto-authenticates and generates an access token.
