love this...
Fuck everyone. Choose yourself. Invest in yourself. Become so obsessed with building a beautiful life that you no longer have the energy to entertain unnecessary drama. Run more miles. Lift heavier weights. Challenge your body. Give your mind more depth. Read more books. Buy more books. Learn new things. Take yourself on solo dates. Get a long, relaxing massage. Spend money on good skincare. Sit in the sauna. Take a cold plunge. Take your time in the shower. Make your bed every morning. Drink more water. Exfoliate. Moisturize. Smell ridiculously good. Wear the expensive perfume. Put on the ridiculously soft pajamas. Change your bedsheets. Keep your space clean. Light a candle. Cook yourself something delicious. Pick up a physical book. Listen to music that makes you feel something. Read for hours. Put your phone away. Take long walks. Get more sunlight. Sleep without guilt. Protect your peace like it's your most valuable possession. Stop explaining yourself to people who are committed to misunderstanding you. Stop chasing attention. Stop entertaining one-sided friendships. Stop giving unlimited access to people who bring nothing but stress into your life. Make your health a priority. Make your happiness a priority. Make your growth a priority. Build a life so peaceful, fulfilling, healthy, and exciting that other people's opinions, drama, and nonsense become background noise. You don't need to attend every argument you're invited to. Sometimes the best revenge is looking good, feeling good, making money, staying healthy, and enjoying the hell out of your own life.

Agree with this gentleman, 100%. The only thing I would add is: keep your plans to yourself; build in silence.
This old man explains why you should be ridiculously optimistic about your future

Quite brilliant. This is most speakers summed up perfectly....
Ten million people have watched a comedian accidentally destroy the entire TED talk industry. He filmed the talk once at TEDxNewYork in 2014 and openly admitted he had nothing to say. Speaking coaches charge $5,000 to teach the exact tricks he used in 6 minutes to say nothing at all. His name is Will Stephen. He is a comedian from Late Night with Seth Meyers who was invited to give a real TED talk and used it to prove the format is a costume anyone can wear. Every TED speaker opens with a question, tells a personal story, cites a scientist, and shows a chart. Stephen did all four in six minutes with zero content. His entire formula fits on a napkin. Gesture with both hands. Ask the audience a question anyone can answer. Tell a mildly embarrassing story so they say aww. Point to a stranger on a slide and call them important. Flash a chart of random numbers. Wear glasses with no lenses. The audience will think you are brilliant. That last trick alone has probably cost the public speaking coaching industry a hundred million dollars in sessions clients should have skipped. "If you watched me on YouTube with the sound off, you would think I was a genius." That is Will Stephen on the TED stage, three minutes into the talk he was paid to give. He wasn't lying. Executives pay $15,000 for a keynote coach and still open with a joke the room never laughs at. Founders rehearse their pitch for weeks and still sound like Stephen at minute four, saying "wagga wah, gabba gabba" with authority. The talk is free on YouTube. The method is written across every TED speaker's playbook for ten years. Stephen still writes for Seth Meyers. Almost none of the ten million viewers have stopped nodding at empty slides since. The formula is free. The willingness to actually say something before your next keynote, pitch, or townhall is the entire edge.

This is what the internet was created for.....

This is beyond amazing.....
I gave Claude fable 5.5 one prompt: a video of all human progress, then 30 years into the future. It came back with a 3-minute animated film and an original score. No footage, no stock music.

This is beautiful...
Vivaldi's “Winter,” visualized in a fascinating way, so that the auditory experience is even more intense; one can literally “see” the music, so to speak

Love Elon. Best video on the internet. Never gets old!
Remember when Elon sat that BBC guy down and asked for one example of the “soaring hate speech”? Silence. Not a tweet. Not a name. Just a sudden “I don’t use that feed anymore.” Elon pointed and said “You just lied.” The reporter melted in the chair like his talking points had a short circuit. One question. Instant collapse of their narrative.

This guy is just great. So raw and real and vulnerable....
I was genuinely taken aback by this young man’s response when he was told, “You look extremely confident.” His answer was heartfelt, thoughtful, and full of wisdom beyond his years. It wasn’t rehearsed or forced it was completely genuine, well I thought so anyways. Watching him, you can’t help but think what a wonderful human being he is, and what a credit he is to his parents. He has a real warmth, energy and glow about him that’s hard to describe. In a world full of noise, this is the kind of video everyone should watch. It restores a little faith in people. ❤️🙏

Agreed....
Still thinking about the #MichaelMovie and just the overall artistry & attention to detail Michael brought to his work. MJ was a perfectionist. He handled every song & every video with surgical gloves. Seeing Thriller on the big screen was one of the highlights of my entire year.

There is a lot of wisdom to this....
David f*cking Goggins, what a line… “When your entire day is fucked up, make sure that you achieve something positive before lights out. You’ll probably have to stay up a bit later to read, study, get a workout in, or clean the house. Whatever it takes to go to bed in the black, get it done.“

Amazing!!!!
Rick Astley & the Foo Fighters perform "Never Gonna Give You Up" in the style of "Smells Like Teen Spirit", after Dave Grohl spotted Rick on the side of the stage and just pulled him up to do the song
