to everyone who got hit, i’m genuinely sorry
entire portfolios nuked, friends wiped
brutal day across the board
some thoughts:
> in the next few days we’ll likely hear about a few funds or desks blowing up, forced unwinds, cascading liquidations (think 3AC/FTX type)
> BTC wicked from 120K to 100K to 113K on Hyperliquid, expect more volatility into the nov 1 tariff deadline
> i don’t think this is the cycle top
more like another transitory black swan, like covid or the tariff chaos, loud in the moment, a blip if you have a long term horizon
> $HYPE’s resilience today was wild
one of the few coins that didn’t implode, liquidity held up even during the chaos
> if you’re buying dips, look for relative strength, not just discounts
> if you’re trading with leverage, use stops
no amount of “low leverage” could’ve saved you today some alts literally dropped 60–90% in seconds
> this was historic, a reminder that no matter how bullish the meta feels, crypto is still the most volatile game on earth

After observing the InfoFi meta for a while, especially in Kaito and Lumiterra, I totally get why people are frustrated. Small accounts feel left out.
Writing feels ignored. People think they’re losing to viral selfies or loud influencers.
But here’s the twist: InfoFi is actually a chance to speak for yourself.
Good at art? Go post it.
Got memes? We love 'em.
Video creator? Even better.
Selfie enjoyer? No shame at all.
There’s no fixed rule. This is tokenized attention. Sure, you can aim to go viral.
But what if you build slow, track your growth, and end up surprising yourself?
Who knows, this “yapping” might be the stepping stone to a Web3 job, a content gig, or even your dream role. You just need to start.
At the end of the day, we’re all just trying to earn a few extra bucks.
So please, just be kind.
People come from different backgrounds and start from different points.
Even the KOLs you see now? They all started from zero. That personal brand wasn’t built overnight.
There’s a process. Respect it.
Some Indonesian fellows I know have shared their stories.
Some feel proud, they’re learning something new.
Some feel lost, don’t know what to do next.
Is it normal?
Yes. Your brain is just being pushed out of its comfort zone.
Whatever you're doing, or feeling about InfoFi, it’s all valid.
Just take a moment and ask yourself: “What’s actually my goal in the Web3 space? And how do I want to shape myself online?”
No right or wrong answer. Just your own path. Show the best version of yourself.

Many people probably notice that I’ve been talking about Lumiterra a lot, but do you know? I’m also a trenches guy, playing on all chains, trying to catch all the opportunities that come up in this cycle. Got profit while you all were maybe asleep, and sometimes got rekt too.
Besides that, I always try to find and keep my eyes on early projects and do research on them. Maybe I’ll drop early info or alpha sometimes for my followers.
My intention is to be active again on X by creating quality content or tweets. Still haven’t figured out what to focus on it yet, but I hope I’ll find how to do it soon.
Maybe you guys have some advice or tips about this. Drop them below, I’d be happy to discuss!
