"The impressive thing about ‘Arirang’ isn’t that BTS can sell out one stadium. It’s that they can keep doing it, city after city, country after country, while adding more dates to accommodate the people still trying to get inside."

I think it's clear seokjin is not comfortable with it, so let's not spread the meme poster anymore. it's understandable why he subtly asked us not to use military pics, since that particular photo captured a very vulnerable moment he shared with us back then! 💜
Jin's ending ment Buenos Aires Day3 🇦🇷 His thoughts about 'that photo'
🐹Did u all have a good time?
🐹Now that I've expereiced u/crowd, I can tell u this with confidence, which is
🐹You'll definitely make one of the countries that know how to enjoy yourselves the most/well in the entire world.
🐹Btw, during the performance, I got to spot an interesting photo
🐹It was a photo of Messi kissing me on the head
🐹AI is such a scary thing
🐹The one who made this, (pointing at the photo*) oh right there, that one.
🐹I wish the person who made it had used a more handsome photo of me, it's a pity/bummer(or its unfortunate/sad*).
🐹When u make it next time, please use a better looking photo me~
🐹I had a great time. Bye bye

BTS did something psychologically strange.
They turned millions of strangers into an "us". Shared songs, inside jokes & fan translations, the group is a shared language. Music is important but maybe the most powerful thing BTS built isn't an Audience maybe it was a Pronoun
"WE"

Beyond counties and borders, I’ve always thought BTS concerts have had a culture of their own, one that makes it a beautiful and safe night for everyone attending whatever their circumstances or where they’re from.
I vote for #ARIASBTS at the 2026 ARIA Music Awards.

there’s something deeply unsettling about watching people demand understanding for themselves while refusing to extend that same understanding to others. honestly, i find it difficult to comprehend how something rooted in genuine concern has been met with so much vitriol.
i respect that concert cultures and traditions differ around the world, but at what point does defending a tradition become more important than acknowledging the concerns of others?
it’s upsetting to see the members being insulted and mocked for expressing their worries. they had every right to speak up about something that concerned them, and their intentions shouldn’t be twisted into something malicious simply because others interpreted the situation differently. you can explain and defend a cultural practice without invalidating someone’s concerns or belittling them for caring. respecting traditions and prioritising safety aren’t mutually exclusive.
what’s exhausting is how quickly empathy becomes conditional when people are unwilling to consider anything beyond what they’ve always known. somewhere, somehow, we seem to have forgotten that there are actual human beings on the receiving end of our words and actions. having different perspectives is inevitable, but resorting to insults, mockery and behaviour that puts someone else’s safety at risk is a choice.
is this really what it means to be human? to turn every difference into a confrontation, to interpret concern as criticism and to treat another person’s kindness as something deserving of ridicule?
nobody expects everyone to see eye to eye on everything, but surely our differences shouldn’t come at the expense of compassion and basic human decency. at the end of the day, i just wish more people would remember that beyond the music, the performances and everything we admire about them, they’re human beings too. they deserve to feel safe, respected and heard, just like the rest of us.
