It’s not the athletes fault that they don’t know how to properly move. It falls on us as coaches to teach movement correctly especially when young. Take the time out to invest in athleticism and movement quality. Especially before loading and specialization.

After watching really bad push up form across Instagram all weekend, it just strengthens my argument that movement needs to be taught better at a younger age. IMO grade school kids should be able to do a correct push up, pull/chin up, squat and hinge. BASIC HUMAN MOVEMENT.
