🚨Introducing TAP ZAP🚨
for MacOS and Windows
A desktop app that turns your Mac/Windows screen fully red (real red, not the orange filters that still leak blue) and stops the invisible PWM flicker that dimming causes.
Shipping today after months of using it myself

Lucille Ball may have been the first documented voice-to-skull. In 1942, her dental fillings picked up a radio tower and a Japanese transmitter's Morse code signal and played it straight into her skull. Just leaded teeth and bone conduction doing the government's dirty work. The CIA later weaponized the same principle and called it Havana syndrome. Now every guy who says the towers are talking to him gets a diagnosis instead of a declassification. Here's the video for a laugh

Every night mode you've tried
f.lux, Night Shift, even the built-in red color filter, still leaks blue and green light.
TAP ZAP goes all the way to pure red, so there's basically no blue or green coming off your screen at all.

Every cellphone, tablet, laptop shining blue light into your eyes also has an RF transmitter built into it
Think about it for a sec
Different parts of the electromagnetic spectrum
- RF Radiation
- Screen Flicker
- Artificial Blue light
hitting us at the same time, from the same devices
Yet we keep discussing them separately, rarely asking what happens when both exposures occur together
We wake up to these devices, work in front of them, carry them everywhere, even sleep next to them
We’ve made glowing screens & wireless transmitters a permanent feature of human life without giving much thought to whether every bit of it is necessary
At some point, you’ve gotta wonder how we normalized all of this
Your home doesn’t need to be a wireless network of glowing, flickering rectangles
Blue light at night is not the full story
In almost every study ever made on blue light, we do not have any EMF controls (iPads emit RF radiation)
RF radiation exposure BY ITSELF also lowers Melatonin:
👉 Cao et al., 2015 - 1.8 GHz, 2 h/day × 32 days cut daily plasma melatonin by 40% (nocturnal peak), shifted rhythm
👉 Kumar et al., 2011 - 2.45 GHz, 2 h/day × 60 days cut serum melatonin 36% (p<0.003), also testosterone down
👉 Kesari et al., 2012 - 2.45 GHz, 2 h/day × 45 days cut pineal melatonin 34% (p<0.001) and raised brain caspase-3, creatine kinase and Ca²⁺
👉 Kim et al., 2015 - 915 MHz, 8 h/night reduced urinary melatonin (p=0.003) and 6-OHMS (p=0.026) by suppressing pineal AANAT activity, protein and mRNA
👉 Sallam et al., 2016 - 900 MHz phone signal, 2 h/night × 2 weeks lowered serum melatonin and flattened rhythm; two weeks off exposure did not restore it
👉 Kesari et al., 2011 - 900 MHz exposure lowered pineal melatonin (p<0.05) and raised brain caspase-3, creatine kinase and ROS
👉 Kumar et al., 2013 - 10 GHz, 2 h/day × 45 days lowered melatonin and raised malondialdehyde and creatine kinase
👉 Qin et al., 2012 - 1800 MHz disrupted melatonin rhythm — more than testosterone — strongest effect when exposure fell in the dark phase
If your television needs to know when your baby cries, maybe your television is a little too fucking smart

Your Tesla has a 60 GHz RADAR pointed at your face.
Not for driving or autopilot.
For "cabin monitoring"
Texas Instruments IWR6843AOP chip.
60-64 GHz millimeter wave. mounted above the rearview mirror. beaming down into the cabin.
Detecting your breathing, your heart rate, whether a child is in the back seat.
Sounds helpful until you understand what 60 GHz millimeter waves actually do to biology.
60 GHz penetrates roughly 0.4 mm into skin.
shallow enough for the industry to call "safe"
But your skin is the largest organ in your body. packed with Nerve endings, Merkel cells, melanocytes.
Soviet-era research documented non-thermal biological effects of mmWaves at low power densities.. effects the FCC has never evaluated.
and nobody has studied what happens when this signal runs continuously for 10-hour drives, week after week, year after year.
This cabin RADAR was installed in late 2021 but never activated.
Left dormant for over 3 years.
February 2025, software update 2025.2.6 quietly turned it on.
no opt-out or announcement.
just switched on.
and it doesn't turn off.
it runs while you drive. while you're parked. while you're charging. while your kids sit in the back seat on a 10-hour road trip. continuous millimeter wave exposure at close range.. 0.4 to 2 meters from your body.
That's not a cell tower 200 meters away. that's a RADAR transmitter inside a sealed metal box with you.
a Faraday cage works both ways. the metal body of the car that blocks outside signals also TRAPS the ones generated inside. every RF source in that cabin bounces off the roof, the doors, the floor.. back into you.
and the cabin RADAR is just one layer.
a Tesla Model S Plaid has 46 antennas.
— LTE cellular: 700-2600 MHz, 2x2 MIMO, always on
— WiFi: 2.4 + 5 GHz, dual band
— Bluetooth: 2.4 GHz, always scanning for your phone key
— UWB ultra-wideband: 6-8 GHz, phone-as-key
— GPS: 1.2-1.6 GHz
— Satellite radio: 2.3 GHz
— Cabin RADAR: 60-64 GHz
LTE, Bluetooth and cabin RADAR are essentially ALWAYS transmitting.
A 2025 study on the Tesla Model Y took 952 EMF measurements across SuperCharging, standard charging, high-speed driving, urban and idle states.
They found:
1/ Peak ELF emissions during SuperCharging, especially near center console and rear seats
2/RF hotspots from LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth in the sub-6 GHz range
3/ Body voltage INCREASED during SuperCharging and high-speed driving
4/ EMF varied dramatically depending on where you sit in the cabin
FCC safety limits are from 1996.
Based on animal studies measuring only THERMAL effects for less than 1 hour. no non-thermal biological effects considered. no study has EVER examined chronic simultaneous exposure to ELF + LTE + WiFi + Bluetooth + 60 GHz mmWave + UWB in a sealed metal cabin.
NOT ONCE.
In 2021, a U.S. Court of Appeals ruled the FCC's refusal to update these limits was "arbitrary and capricious." they still haven't changed them.
Martin Pall's model calculates that VGCCs amplify EMF forces by 7.2 million times at the cellular level. that calcium flooding triggers peroxynitrite formation, PARP activation, NAD+ depletion.. your repair machinery eating itself.
You're sitting in a metal box with 40+ antennas, a millimeter-wave RADAR pointed at your chest and AC magnetic fields from a battery pack under your seat pulling hundreds of kilowatts during charging.
and the safety standard says it's fine because your skin didn't get warm.
Diabolical.
🚨Tesla’s latest software update has activated an in-cabin RADAR system in their vehicles🚨
This RADAR operates at 60 GHz, emitting microwave radiation with power levels of
•20 mW EIRP (effective radiated power)
• 10 mW raw transmitter power
• 20 mW per MHz spectral density
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has granted Tesla a waiver, allowing it to run at power levels higher than typically allowed.
This RADAR is designed to detect the presence of people inside the vehicle, including children & pets and can even pick up on heartbeats & breathing patterns.
However..
This also means that the RADAR will be emitting microwave radiation within the cabin, right next to your head.

I would emphasize key circadian timestamps by waking at daybreak, catching the following sunrise, getting UV-A and UV-B rise if you can as well
Hitting at least 10-15 minutes in each of these windows. Better to have more skin exposed. No sunglasses. If prescription glasses, bring them down from eye level. Contact lenses ideally taken out and replaced with prescription glasses for easy of daylight access into the eyes peripherally
Early meal timing with bigger nutrient dense breakfast shortly after daybreak. Combining with sunrise is great
Catch sunset when you can
Once nightfall comes around, dark mode begins with all tech on red mode thanks to Tap Zap by @ze_rusty, all overhead lights off, dark environment, dark orange blue blockers to serve as circadian insurance, a few circadian appropriate lights like low lux incandescents or fire light or circadian adjacent LEDs
I personally wouldn’t recommend exogenous melatonin. I opt for tapping into both forms (sub-cellular and circulatory) your body already makes through near infrared exposure by simply being outside (especially around plant life) and true darkness once nightfall occurs
Epitalon can help from what I’ve seen
Replying to @zaidkdahhaj
Any tips for day light savings ending next week? Going to do 10 days of epitalon, possibly 60 mg melatonin the day of.

Your Mitochondria make Deuterium Depleted Water
as a byproduct of ATP production.
the healthier they are,
the more DDW they make.
the more DDW they make,
the more DC electricity flows through you.
you are a battery that charges in sunlight
and discharges under LEDs.
Nobody taught you this in biology class
Infrared light from the sun expands the structured water inside your cells by 3.7x in 10 minutes
Creating a -200 mV battery.
INSIDE YOU.
Your body is a light-charged battery & you’re living under LEDs that emit zero infrared?
Change that..
Go outside often and switch your bulbs to Incandescents, TODAY!

Have you tried this? Does it work. Its expensive when we have 8 computers? Need to know it works first.
How does it compare to IRIS?
It faster, smaller in size & actually fixed PWM
xitter.cf/ze_rusty/status/207892…
Most apps (Iris included) shift the color temperature, they dial blue down but still draw a normal color image, so the blue pixels aren't 100% off.
That's why a bit always sneaks through even at 0K.
TAP ZAP's full-red mode zeroes the blue and green channels outright.
On an OLED that's basically ZERO blue.
On an LCD it gets as low as the panel physically can (the white backlight's still on back there, so there's a tiny floor, but no software can beat that, Iris included)
Other thing Iris doesn't do; TAP ZAP can pin your laptop screen's backlight at 100% and dim in software instead.
Tap Zap for Linux is out
xitter.cf/ze_rusty/status/211031…
TAP ZAP is now on Linux 🐧
Block complete blue light. Go all the way to 0K RED.
Dim your screen without lowering the backlight.
