Try Grok @Bot
Baker on a16z admitted something nobody his age says out loud. 23-year-olds are more fluent in AI than he will ever be. He has been trying hard. He is still behind.
Then he explained how Grok Bot leveled it.
"We got Claude Code. I built some stuff, did some cool stuff. Then in 3 minutes of creating Grok Bots, I had much better versions of everything I created."
Podcast summarizer. 10 seconds in Grok Bot.
Substack summarizer, X summarizer, X sentiment tracker. Hours in Claude Code. 7 to 12 seconds in Grok Bot. Better.
His frame: "To me, Grok Bot does feel like another ChatGPT moment."
Baker runs billions. He is calling Grok Bot a category reset.

The biggest lie in AI is that the future belongs to one winner.
Every technology wave starts with one company promising that one walled garden is all you'll ever need. And every time, market forces and creativity break the walls down.
I cofounded OpenSea and now OpenRouter around the opposite bet: humanity will refuse to be locked in.
Intelligence was never meant to belong to one lab, one model, or one gatekeeper.
The future of AI is open, plural, and yours to choose.

The computers we depend on should be computers we build ourselves.
BlueChip. Built in America.
Replying to @elonmusk @ID_AA_Carmack
How about the robot is looking down while assembling a Swiss watch with one hand and then, without looking up, catches an oblique 100mph baseball with the other hand?
I also like the idea of juggling chainsaws on fire while riding a unicycle.

Super hyped to finally ship this! You can now play with interactive 3D prototypes of AI hardware directly in your browser.
If you want to learn about the hottest AI devices on the market, looking at flat 2D images isn't enough—you need to see the actual build.
It covers almost every trending AI device worth learning about, complete with 3D models, GitHub repos, and official sites.
Connecting Shenzhen to the world.
Enjoy🏊
As an AI hardware founder in Shenzhen, I sift through tons of smart devices daily. Most of them are pure noise.
So I spent the last 2 months putting together almost every single AI hardware project on the market that is actually worth seeing.
Click into any product to get its official website + GitHub repo.
Enjoy! 👇

Continuing to unlock local AI power you may already have!
AMD RX 9070 (16 GB) over Thunderbolt on an M2 Max running Omarchy Linux: Qwen generates at about 33 tok/s with one Mesa setting, RADV_PERFTEST=dmashaders, up from 25. Same greedy output.

I'm excited about this. Local AI and small models are the future.
A 2.71GB local model is generating complete interactive 3D scenes from a prompt.
Qwen3.5-4B-3D-Coder is a new 4B community fine-tune focused on coding + Three.js scene generation.
And the local quants are sooo small
💾 Q4_K_M → 2.71GB
💾 Q8_0 → 4.48GB
🧠 4B parameters
🔓 Apache 2.0
It already runs locally with these
🦙 llama.cpp
🟢 Ollama
🖥️ LM Studio
And these aren't just cubes and spheres.
The examples include
🐉 Dragonrider aerie on a sea stack
🚀 voxel rocket-launch site
🌸 Japanese gardens
🪑 furniture
🛠️ workshop interiors
🧠 even an LGA 3647 CPU socket
The model generates the scenes as self-contained HTML + JavaScript using Three.js.
And here's the weird part:
Get this, training isn't even finished yet.
The developer expects training to finish Oct. 28, then plans to release the full weights, more quants and the training dataset.
⚠️This is an early community preview, not an official Qwen release, and the author says it can still hit bugs like duplicate variable names.

I took about 50,000 photos through a 14" telescope last night to produce this: A hyper-detailed photo of the full moon. The fidelity of the photo was great enough to allow me to greatly enhance the color, revealing a hidden world of geological diversity.

Payward, the parent company of Kraken, announced its intention to be the first CFTC-regulated deployer on HIP-3* markets. Payward will use Hyperliquid as the infrastructure layer to deploy perpetual futures markets for US clients. Subject to regulatory approval, Bitnomial, Payward’s CFTC-regulated DCM and DCO, would act as the HIP-3* deployer: creating, owning, and administering the markets and clearing and settling the contracts. If approved, NinjaTrader Clearing, Payward’s CFTC-registered FCM, would carry client accounts.
HIP-3 will support optional deployer configuration for permissioned markets in a future network upgrade. This set of additional deployer functionality is collectively called HIP-3*. At its core, HIP-3* activation involves an onchain allowlist managed by the deployer or its sub-deployers. The functionality is strictly additive to HIP-3; its use is optional and up to the deployer. Existing markets remain unchanged. The initial release is available on testnet, where specifications are preliminary and subject to change based on feedback.
Hyperliquid is a neutral infrastructure layer with the goal of supporting large parts of the financial system. HIP-3* gives deployers additional functionality to operate deployments consistent with the requirements applicable to them. As with HIP-3, HIP-3* deployers are independent operators who use Hyperliquid as the onchain infrastructure layer for their own markets, while retaining control and responsibility over their deployment.

SpaceX has 4 massive AI compute deals
• Anthropic → ~$1.25B/month
• Google → ~$920M/month
• Reflection AI → ~$150M/month
• Unnamed AI customer → ~$1.11B/month starting December 1
SpaceX also signed a separate $6.7 BILLION cloud services deal over six months, starting to ramp in October
That's around $4.55 BILLION per month across all five deals
Or nearly $55 BILLION in annualized compute revenue
Also SpaceX is planning to bring around 200,000 GB300 GPUs online every month
The company is also targeting a massive training cluster with 440,000 Vera Rubin computers by the end of Q2 2027
Elon Musk just confirmed that SpaceX has closed $40 BILLION in debt financing to fund GPU purchases
• The financing is primarily callable debt
• GPUs are expected to arrive in Q1 and Q2 2027
• SpaceX has investment-grade credit status
• Starlink and launch revenue help support its access to financing
SpaceX continues expanding its computing capacity

Robots are 3D printing full-size ship hulls! ⚓️
Throwback to when this company 3D printed a boat!
CEAD Group is bringing large-scale robotic 3D printing to the maritime and defense world.
Instead of traditional molds and heavy manual assembly, robotic arms print full-size marine hulls directly from digital models.
The company recently demonstrated this by printing a 12-meter long vessel.
Awesome stuff! 😮💨

100% open-source robotic arm! 🦾
@seeedstudio released reBot-DevArm, a robotic arm project lowering the barrier to learning robotics... or how people call it these days: physical AI.
Everything is open-sourced. Hardware blueprints include sheet metal and 3D printed parts. Detailed BOM covers every screw with purchase links.
Software and algorithms include Python SDK, ROS1/2, Isaac Sim, and LeRobot.
Let's have a look at robot specs. So it has 1.5 kg payload, 650 mm max reach, 4.5 kg weight, and less than 0.2 mm repeatability with 6 DoF plus gripper.
This is true open source for robotics.
When every screw, CAD file, motor driver, and algorithm is freely available, desktop robotic arms become accessible to students, researchers, and developers worldwide.

The way to think about this is:
How many super smart and dedicated people do you want to hire? And they keep getting better.
Zooming out, GPUs are still renting ahead of a standard 6-year depreciation schedule
Rental price vs. schedule:
- H200: +143%
- B200: +111%
- RTX PRO 6000: +73%
- H100: +54%
- A100: +9%
Most of the gap opened up after April, when token demand took off

You can't mix Intel and NVIDIA GPUs on one model, especially on Apple Silicon.
Well...now you can!

Two vendors. One model. One laptop.
