Haven-1’s 15 composite overwrapped pressure vessels (COPVs) hold thruster propellant, breathing oxygen, and cabin pressure gas. The orange patches on the propellant tanks are Kapton heaters for in-orbit mass gauging and deorbit. Next up: integration on Haven-1.

Today we're excited to announce we have upgraded our 4th launch with our partners at @SpaceX to a dedicated mission, launching in 2028. Given increased customer demand --in particular from the sovereign and air-gapped network verticals-- we decided to increase the number of satellites we're launching to 6. This is the entire production run of our spacecraft Block 4. Sovereign satellites, and specifically sovereign satellites in geosynchronous orbit, allow a country or enterprise to have their own dedicated comms satellite with a purpose built network deployed around it. In this new world of cyber threats and super-intelligent agents in the hands of malicious actors, we're seeing more and more the desire to pull infrastructure off the public internet entirely with dedicated networks. It's the most effective way to shrink the attack surface. And it's where the world is headed. As a result we've seen huge increase in demand for satellites that our customers can control and lock-down from a cybersecurity perspective. Something uniquely possible on a nation-state scale with a geosynchronous satellite. We are pumped about this launch. And the best part? We’re going straight to 22,000 miles up, with a direct-inject to GEO using an Impulse Helios upper stage. We are now seeing an insane amount of commercial and US government demand, and we’re only just getting started.

Lot's happening this morning: S43 returned to the production site after it's cryoproff campain. B22 returned to the production site after it's static fire. S42 is rolling out to Masseys for it's static fire. Behind S42 is a ship aft barrel with some tiles on it - idk what that is for. Image Credit: @NASASpaceflight youtube.com/watch?v=mhJRzQsL…

"Now do George Soros" Ok. Musk surpassed Soros' lifetime US campaign contributions in just 2 years

NASA after SpaceX "opts out" of offering Starship for Artemis contracts as soon as physically possibly because the TSLA merger debt interest is more than NASA's annual budget and it's more profitable to spend those 10-20 launches cramming LEO with slopsats >>>> 🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷

No company is a charity, but given that NASA took a chance on SpaceX and saved them, it would be a nice gesture for one of the most valuable companies in the world to continue being a great partner to NASA. Give a guarantee of human launch on Starship, and a timeline for standard Starship payload bay. These things would do a lot to ease people’s minds right now, and honestly it’s beneficial to SpaceX anyways. Just move it up a couple years earlier than you’d like and give it some lip service. Boo hoo

High cadence launch needs high cadence testing. With more than 100 launches in backlog (and counting), we're building a new state-of-the-art test facility to accelerate static fire stack testing for Electron and HASTE rockets. Check out the new test pad underway within our Propulsion Test Complex 🧵👇

Another "fun" detail from today's Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel meeting concerning the ISS. If the space station's lifetime is extended from 2030 to 2032, it is likely the US Deorbit Vehicle (a modified Dragon spacecraft) would launch on a non-Falcon rocket.

In 2020 he said he'd do 20M in 2030. 🧐
Elon suggests EV winter is ending. Goal is 5m vehicles per year starting in 2030. They'll do around 2m in CY26. Implies 25% compound growth through 2030. $TSLA

We have completed breakover operations for the Neutron Stage 2 tank assembly, rotating the stage horizontal – a critical step in the handling of large rocket sections for integration and assembly. Here’s a last look at Stage 2 on the Neutron Factory floor before it’s wrapped up (literally) for barge shipment to LC-3 on Wallops Island where its fluid systems will be tested and its Archimedes vacuum engine installed.
