There was a significant Russian military presence at the scene.
Most soldiers stayed on the other side of the street, but some were standing in the crowds and in front of buildings.
We didn’t see any aggression or intimidation, apart from their presence itself. But some people signed up for evacuation on the spot after seeing the convoys arrive.
