With the addition of @mattmiesnieks and the 6D team (and the previous acquisition of the @EscherReality team), @NianticLabs has created a super team to build out the AR cloud.

Ei, atenció #3D. Niantic (PokemonGo) acaben de comprar 6D.ai els qui escanejaven l'entorn en temps real amb un simple mòbil. Sabeu que significa? Que igual que ara tenim tot el món a Google Maps, en 3 anys (2?) tindrem tot el món habitat en 3D a Internet.

Yesterday I had the honor to present #AR cloud technology at #etailpalmsprings. I had a lot of fun showing a very exciting live demo. The demo was done with @6d_ai beta #AR cloud app. It starts with a scan, then upload, adding notes in #3D, relocalizing, and viewing notes in #AR.

My friend needed to fix this jet engine so I scanned it and added some #AR notes with @6d_ai This video shows my scan and the one in the next tweet shows my notes. I hope it gets fixed in time!!
