THE 100K RULE
I stopped at nothing to get $100,000 in the bank as a new nurse in my early 20’s.
It changed my life and opened doors.
Here’s exactly how I got there from landscaping for $11.75/hr & why this should be a major goal for anyone in their 20’s.

Look at this bullish flow on Micron $MU.
Someone is buying $600 calls expiring January 2027, with clusters of up to $19.3 million in premium hitting repeatedly this morning.
Single-leg, heavily at the ask in several clusters
One cluster: $12.5 million at the ask vs. just $70,000 at the bid
Stock at $690
It comes a day after Micron fell about 13% in Thursday’s chip rout.
I posted my bad day yesterday so I suppose I’ll post the good day today 🤷
This is the psychological ride of the market. If you cannot stomach the swings then it is important to start with things like robinhood:0x117cc2133c37b721f49de2a7a74833232b3b4c0c or $VOO and get a feel for how things move.
I am by no means a professional trader but having a psychological understanding of fear/greed and knowing when to buy/hold/sell is very valuable.
Dollar cost averaging will always stay the best strategy. I took advantage of dips yesterday and I still have cash in case we correct more.
$SPCX $WULF $MU $META $SOFI
$TSLA Honestly was never a fan of the cybertuck
My love for my model 3 has never changed
Really solid write up here on $WULF for really solid earnings.
CEO is on the earnings call now highlighting execution. I am definitely bullish on the company.
$WULF is NOT a neocloud.

All eyes on $IREN for earnings after the bell today.
$WULF Earnings tomorrow morning and they need to sell us on execution in this volatile environment. @PaulBPrager is a strong CEO who has been loud and I expect nothing less than for him to come out swinging.
Interesting
The governor-elect of Texas, Gina Hinojosa, has explicitly said that all currently permitted datacenters in Texas will be allowed to finish construction. This essentially covers all of the 2027 and likely well into 2028.
She is going to pass laws that ensure that all *newly* permitted datacenters going forward for delivery in 2028/2029 will pay taxes, commit to no increase in power prices for consumers, don’t impact water availability for people, be constructed with union labor and give “Texans a seat at the table.”
Sounds reasonable. She doesn’t want to lose a lot of good blue collar jobs and property taxes for small towns in rural Texas.
Datacenter commentary starts at 6:30 in this interview.
Also attaching her official campaign position from her website in the next post.
Sidenote: After watching a bunch of her speeches and interviews, I do think she is a political talent and probably has a future in national politics.

Listen if you are going to show the good days you gotta show the bad ones. I added in names today. (Enjoy my scribbles).
There are reasons I’m still in this game after 8 years and why trading has changed my life.
1) NEVER USE LEVERAGE OR MARGIN. I keep my account all cash at all times.
2) That pit in your stomach? Buy. But buy slowly.
3) Understand that trading/investing is a psychological game.
4) The upside is infinite and if you have TIME as a weapon, then use it. (Especially in your 20’s).
AI isn’t going anywhere 🤷
If you’re holding cash and have the time you should be scaling in
$GOOGL is investing $17B in a Wyoming AI campus with 2.7 GW of planned power capacity that could eventually scale to 10 GW while covering all its own power costs.
$WULF Gets credit support from $GOOG ❗️❗️❗️
As I have been saying continuously this is the best AI infra company with an aggressive CEO.
IT IS ALSO NOT BASED IN TEXAS. After that election it is the best positioned.
I think one thing is pretty clear. Existing facilities, permitted facilities with grid connections, and data halls soon to come online - they are more valuable today. Why? There is a shortage of power, massive demand, and now - definitively, a moat between powered and grid-connected sites and the rest. In addition to our development pipeline, $WULF will remain focused on an additional CB-6 at Lake Mariner. And I think our 1G at Muskie just became a top contender for the triple crown. Lots of work to do, and all must be consistent with the thoughtful application and zealous protection of our balance sheet, together with preservation of value for shareholders. But $WULF is well positioned.

$GOOG DCA on red days, I do think $260 and slightly lower is in the cards
$CIFR if Texas stays red look for an uptick here, if its blue we will see further downside. Same thing with $SPCX Elon hasn’t made himself friendly with the democrats especially in this state, we can see a drop.
I won’t be surprised if Trump gets what is coming to him, but it wouldn’t be the first time republicans shock the polls. Huge day.

97% of US homeowners with a mortgage now have a rate below today’s market rate, per the Economist.
In 2022, it was just 54%.
That’s why the housing market is frozen: almost no one wants to sell and give up a cheap mortgage for one above 7%.
$SPCX put your money where your mouth is, bought 50 more shares.
I’ll keep adding the lower it goes
