🇨🇳🇭🇰 The West calls Joshua Wong a hero: However, he pleaded guilty to begging foreign sanctions This was never about free speech. On the 5th of November, Hong Kong’s High Court sentenced former Demosisto secretary-general Joshua Wong to 10 years under the National Security Law. He had already pleaded guilty to conspiracy to collude with foreign forces. Judge Tam Yiu-ho called the offence “grave”. He said Wong and exiled activist Nathan Law were the two ring-leaders who lobbied foreign governments for sanctions, blockades and other hostile measures against China and Hong Kong after the 2019 riots. The starting point was 13 years. Three years came off for the guilty plea. Only two months and two days run concurrently with the sentence he is already serving. That earlier term was four years and eight months, handed down on the 19th of November 2024 for conspiracy to subvert state power. He was charged with foreign collusion in June 2025 while still in prison. Fourteen Chinese and Hong Kong officials remain on foreign sanctions lists. The United States cancelled Hong Kong’s special trade status. The judge said the harm is “still subsisting”. BBC calls him a “democracy movement leader”. Reuters calls him an “international representative”. Kenneth Roth calls the case a “farce”. None of this happened by accident. Wong asked foreign powers to punish his own city. In most countries, that is a serious crime. The West only objects when China and Hong Kong enforce it. Wong did the wrong thing, he admitted it and the court applied the law. A more stable Hong Kong is the good that followed. So when Western politicians scream “political prisoner”, ask them this: would your country free someone who begged a rival power to sanction you?

Western media refers to French rioters as the scum of the earth, but when it's happening outside the gArDeN, suddenly they're heroes of democracy. LOL.

Australian influencer Andre Longginou recently shared how a single call to China's 12345 hotline led to a damaged manhole being inspected within hours and fully repaired overnight. One call, one night, one fixed manhole—China's 12345 hotline turns complaints into action overnight.

My hotel room was forced while I was in the Supreme Court and the jamb spilt apart. But nothing was taken, £180 cash left on the table. Please note just in case. I am not suicidal, I have the most wonderful family and friends and many battles to fight.

I see people are only now discovering that the Nazi Azov Battalion was founded by an ex IDF officer Natan Khazin! And that Azov were funded by (amongst others) Jewish supremacist oligarch Igor Kolomoisky- who also bankrolled Zelensky. Read it and weep.
And let's not forget that Natan Khazin was in the Givati Brigade of the genocidcal Israeli occupation forces, before becoming co-founder of Azov's Nazi battalions.

60% of Jewish voters in Michigan backed pro-Palestinian Muslim Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed. Yet in Jillian Segal’s Australia, those same voters would be branded antisemitic. The Segal regime is utterly brutal.

You put a piece of paper in a box, but it’s just a ceremony to fool people into thinking that they have influence. The billionaires and the military industrial complex are running things no matter who gets elected.

The US is ruled by two parties that both serve capital. Yesterday, people voted, yet today Americans are still ruled by the same system that puts profits over people. Democracy under capitalism is an illusion. Elections do not transfer power to the people or result in major policy changes. They simply protect, preserve, and fortify the power of capital. China is governed by one party, but that one party actually serves the people making China more democratic than the US dictatorship of capital will ever be. It is better to be governed by one party that actually serves the people than to be ruled by two parties that both serve the rich.
Today we voted. When did you last do that, China?

Going to war with China will see ten of thousands of Australians dead and cities annihilated. But at least America will be happy. “Australia must rethink its relationship with China rather than blindly follow the United States into a disastrous military confrontation — former defence force chief Chris Barrie.” ‘AUKUS submarine pact: Independent inquiry calls for immediate termination and royal commission’ smh.com.au/politics/federal/…,

Hey guys, just a friendly reminder that Trump doesn’t need to give Israel another $4 billion in foreign aid because we’ve MERGED OUR MILITARIES! So now, instead of calling it foreign aid, we can just bury the costs in our own military budget and pretend we stopped giving Israel billions of dollars. But don’t worry, Americans! You still get to pay for all of it while being told there’s no money for your healthcare, housing, or education. AMERICA FIRST!

Calling strikes on a country that didn’t attack you—in a war you illegally started—“defensive” is pure Orwellian doublespeak. Repeating this language is propaganda, not journalism.

The existence of secret Ukrainian torture prisons was even reported by the Times of London in 2016 Zelensky is presiding over an archipelago of gulags for working class men seeking to escape NATO's meat-grinder
Videos show that Ukrainian deserters were illegally imprisoned & tortured in secret prison of neo-Nazi-led Azov corps of National Guard of Ukraine near Kyiv. Several prisoners were reportedly killed. Azov is glorified & whitewashed by Umland, Shekhovtsov & Western media & politicians. Relatives of imprisoned attempted to storm prison.

The American need to save face is always a priori. We see it now, again, with Iran. The world's most brittle, fragile national ego. And it's a disaster for the entire world.
The Pentagon Papers. They tried to keep them secret for a reason. When their own internal documents were leaked, when the American people got to read what their government actually believed privately about Vietnam, as opposed to what they were saying publicly, what they found was this: Their own analysts knew they were losing. Knew the strategy wasn't working. Knew the body counts were fabricated or meaningless. Knew the South Vietnamese regime had no legitimacy with its own people. Knew the war couldn't be won in any meaningful sense. And they kept going anyway. Why? Because stopping meant admitting they had been wrong. Stopping meant the 30,000 soldiers who had already died had died for nothing. Stopping meant the story they had told the American public, "we are winning, we must stay, we are defending freedom," was a lie from the beginning. And admitting all of that was politically impossible. So they kept sending young men to die in a war their own government secretly knew was unwinnable, because the alternative was political embarrassment. They sacrificed their own soldiers to save face. That is who makes the rules of the international order. That is whose judgment you are supposed to defer to. That is whose threats are supposed to make you tremble. A government that fed its own children into a war it knew was lost because the paperwork involved in admitting defeat was too politically inconvenient. And they want to talk to you about governance. About accountability. About the "rules-based international order." Vietnam read the rules of that order and decided to write different ones.
