Look, there's a lot that we can disagree with about a 24-team playoff.
One thing we can all agree on is that quarterfinals need to be played on campus. We do not need to be giving these games away to the bowl sites that fans don't want to go to.

how do we not have better ways to confirm FGs??
this looks good to win the game…
virtually everyone with a good angle thinks it’s good…
but 1 dude staring up into the cold night sky says it’s not… and we go with him without any review

I've been involved in recruiting for more than two decades. Covered at least 25 signing days. Never seen anything like what James Franklin is doing at Virginia Tech @VTScoop247

Happy Thanksgiving, Hokie Nation!
Grateful for the loyalty of these men who are spending time away from their families & loved ones to work hard for Virginia Tech. #ThisIsHome

Misleading -- this photo was originally taken by the Virginia Tech media team, not by the Rivals website. The "Rivals" watermark was added afterwards without permission and falsely implies that this photo is exclusive content from Rivals.

Great hire by Virginia Tech. James Franklin is an absolute home run for them.

Sources: Virginia Tech and James Franklin are finalizing an agreement for him to become the school’s next coach. Franklin has won 128 games over 15 seasons as the head coach at Vanderbilt and Penn State. He led Penn State to the CFP semi-finals last year.

Virginia Tech and James Franklin would make a lot of sense together, as Grace lays out here.
Maybe Franklin believes he can get a better job, but he does really well at the things VT needs help in.
The answer is simple for Virginia Tech. Go all in on James Franklin, who made it crystal clear this weekend he wants to coach again. Column: nytimes.com/athletic/6730626…

THIS CONFERENCE IS THE MOST MICKEY MOUSE RUN ORGANIZATION IN COLLEGIATE ATHLETICS. FIRE THE ACC INTO THE SUN.

so you're telling me the 4-0 ACC team had the call go their way from the ACC command center in Charlotte NC and it gave them an undefeated 5-0 record
seems legit

Why play the game if it's already determined who they want to win...bullshit!!

Virginia Tech winning the ACC is a popular future on @BetMGM.
Of all ACC futures placed via BetMGM, 41% of handle has been on the Hokies. Virginia Tech avoids Florida State, Louisville, and NC State in conference play. The Hokies host Clemson in November.

Took a stab at a super early top-25 for 2024. I absolutely hate it. Expect so many changes as I go through rosters. Very off top of head with comings and goings I have seen.
