Don't Lose the Big Picture by Focusing on the Small Things
Dear Pioneers,
Today, I want to share an important lesson with everyone: Don't lose sight of the forest for the trees. Don't get caught up in minor details and forget the bigger picture!
In the Pi community, some influencers and bloggers spend their days analyzing issues and debating details while overlooking the direction that truly matters.
You can research endlessly and analyze every little detail, but if you fail to understand the big picture, you will keep moving in circles without making real progress.
So, what is our ultimate goal?
Our goal is to make Pi a currency with real purchasing power, creating opportunities for Pioneers to achieve financial freedom through the growth of the ecosystem.
For Pi to have purchasing power, it needs a stable and widely recognized value. This is precisely why we are building GCV — Global Consensus Value.
However, GCV alone is not enough! Having a value consensus means little if people are unwilling to accept or use Pi. Without widespread acceptance and practical use, real purchasing power cannot be established.
Our mission is to promote the widespread adoption and practical use of Pi, enabling more people to accept it and more merchants to integrate it into everyday economic activities.
So, how do we achieve this goal?
First, Pioneers must support Pi's long-term vision and actively participate in building the ecosystem. Greater community participation can help create a stronger foundation for accelerating KYC and migration progress.
Second, we need a sufficiently large community united by a shared vision, positive thinking, and a constructive attitude toward Pi's future. As more Pioneers participate and more merchants accept Pi, we can gradually establish a stronger economic foundation.
As the user base expands, practical applications grow, and the merchant ecosystem develops, governments, banks, major institutions, and businesses will have more opportunities to recognize Pi's potential value and evaluate participation with greater confidence.
This is the path we must pursue: from consensus to acceptance, from acceptance to use, and from use to widespread adoption — gradually building an economic ecosystem in which Pi has real purchasing power.
Let me use a ship as an analogy.
The Core Team provides the blockchain, nodes, code, and other technical tools. Think of these tools as a ship built to take us toward our destination.
But no matter how well the ship is built, if nobody gets on board and nobody sets sail, we will never reach the other shore.
Technology provides the foundation. GCV represents our effort to establish value consensus. The participation of Pioneers, merchant acceptance, and real economic activity are essential to moving the ecosystem forward.
Looking back at the First and Second Industrial Revolutions, we can see the same principle: technological progress must be combined with human participation and practical application to translate into productive power.
So, Pioneers, do not spend all your energy getting lost in minor details. We need technical research, but we must also maintain the right direction, unite around a shared vision, and take meaningful action.
Remember: Don't lose the big picture by focusing on the small things. See the forest, not just the trees. Unite our community, promote Pi's widespread adoption, and build real purchasing power. That is how we can move step by step toward the financial freedom we aspire to achieve!

Doris Yin Wisdom Talk #21
Compassion Can Cause Harm; Excessive Accommodation Can Lead to Misconduct
Compassion Requires Wisdom. Tolerance Requires Boundaries. Justice Requires Courage.
Dear Pioneers,
There is an ancient Chinese saying:
“Compassion can cause harm, and excessive accommodation can lead to misconduct.”
This saying does not mean that we should abandon compassion or stop helping others. Rather, it reminds us that compassion without wisdom, and tolerance without principles, can allow kindness to be exploited and turn goodwill into a tool for enabling wrongdoing.
True compassion is not about accommodating everyone unconditionally. It means distinguishing right from wrong, recognizing good and evil, and protecting ourselves and others while helping those in need.
1. Kindness Must Have Boundaries
In everyday life, we often encounter situations like these.
Someone asks to borrow money and tells a heartbreaking story. Out of sympathy, you lend them your savings, only to find yourself struggling financially while the borrower may spend the money gambling or engaging in other irresponsible activities.
Someone else promises high interest rates and paints an attractive picture of investment returns. You become excited by the opportunity, lower your guard, and eventually lose money instead of making a profit.
Why does this happen?
Sometimes, our sympathy is exploited, and our expectations of attractive promises overpower our rational judgment.
Before helping others, understand the facts. Before trusting someone, verify the information.
Never lose your judgment out of sympathy. Never trust promises blindly out of greed. And never abandon your principles simply because you are afraid of offending someone.
True kindness means having the ability to help others and the wisdom to protect yourself.
2. Communities Must Uphold Principles and Protect Pioneers
This principle is especially important within our communities.
Some individuals may use their status, authority, reputation, influence, or large following to gain Pioneers’ trust. They may then solicit money, encourage investments, or promote projects that have not been properly verified.
Some Pioneers assume that a person must be trustworthy simply because they hold a senior title, have many followers, or speak with authority.
We must remain clear-minded:
A title does not prove character. Reputation does not guarantee integrity. A large following does not make someone’s actions automatically right.
We should judge people not merely by what they say, how much authority they hold, or how many people follow them, but by their actual conduct, financial transparency, supporting evidence for their promises, and willingness to accept oversight.
If someone asks you to pay money, invest, purchase so-called qualification cards, or promises unusually high returns, verify the project’s legitimacy, the use of funds, the relevant authorization, and the potential risks first.
Do not abandon your independent judgment because the person is a leader, an official, an acquaintance, or someone you do not want to offend.
Communities also have a responsibility to warn Pioneers about potential risks, teach them how to recognize scams, and investigate and address concerns promptly. Appropriate action should be taken when evidence supports a violation. Suspected criminal conduct should be reported to the relevant authorities.
A responsible community does not teach Pioneers to trust someone blindly. It teaches them to think independently.
It does not wait until people have lost their money before taking action. It raises warnings early and works to protect every Pioneer’s financial security.
Defending Justice Requires Courage
There is another important issue we must confront.
Some people see a problem but remain silent because they fear offending others, being attacked, or being accused of lacking compassion.
They may notice someone abusing community influence or authority for personal gain but hesitate to warn others. They may see someone treated unfairly but refuse to speak up.
If everyone is afraid of offending someone, who will protect those who have been harmed? If everyone remains silent to preserve superficial harmony, how can wrongdoing ever be corrected?
Defending justice requires wisdom, but it also requires courage.
Of course, we must never accuse people recklessly or attack others out of personal resentment. We must respect the facts, verify evidence, and handle concerns fairly.
However, when the facts are clear and the evidence is sufficient, we must not abandon our responsibilities simply because we fear pressure or criticism.
If someone tells you that you are not compassionate or tolerant enough, learn to distinguish genuine compassion from the use of compassion as an excuse to tolerate wrongdoing.
If so-called tolerance allows a few individuals to repeatedly harm others, and if so-called compassion results in more innocent people suffering, then that tolerance has lost its true meaning.
True compassion protects good people, prevents harm, and safeguards the legitimate interests of the majority. True tolerance has boundaries. True justice requires courage.
3. Governments Must Uphold the Law and Protect Society
The same principle applies to an entire nation.
There have been reports of vandalism, looting, and violent unrest in France and other European countries. Specific claims about the number of countries involved should be verified through reliable reporting. But one principle is clear: wherever such incidents occur, violent assaults, robbery, property destruction, and other criminal acts must be addressed according to law.
If a country repeatedly tolerates violence and crime and fails to enforce its laws effectively, misconduct may go unchecked and social order can suffer serious consequences.
Ordinary people may become afraid to leave their homes. Businesses may be unable to operate normally. Families may face threats to their safety and property.
Over time, public confidence and trust throughout society can deteriorate.
Governments therefore have a responsibility to exercise public authority lawfully, uphold the rule of law, and protect the lives, property, and legitimate rights of ordinary citizens.
No one should believe that having a large crowd or creating a public disturbance gives them the right to place themselves above the law.
Criminal conduct must be investigated, addressed, and prosecuted in accordance with the law. Law enforcement must be effective and fair, respect people's lawful rights, and firmly protect innocent people from violence.
We must understand this:
Punishing crime according to law is not a lack of compassion. Protecting law-abiding citizens is a fundamental responsibility to society.
If a society emphasizes tolerance while neglecting victims’ rights, or focuses on the feelings of those who break the law while failing to protect the safety of law-abiding people, such so-called tolerance becomes a form of injustice.
The law must have authority, and rules must be enforced. Only then can people live in peace, businesses operate with confidence, and society develop in a stable and orderly manner.
4. Compassion Must Walk Hand in Hand with Wisdom
What is true wisdom?
Wisdom means seeing the nature of a situation, discerning people's intentions, distinguishing right from wrong, and understanding the possible consequences of our actions.
We should help those who genuinely need help, but we must not allow people with ulterior motives to exploit our kindness.
We should give people who are willing to correct their mistakes an opportunity, but we must not endlessly tolerate repeated behavior that harms others.
That is why I often remind everyone:
Do not listen only to what you want to hear.
An ancient Chinese saying teaches us:
“Honest advice may be unpleasant to hear, but it helps us act wisely. Bitter medicine may taste unpleasant, but it helps cure illness.”
Advice that genuinely benefits us may sometimes be uncomfortable. Facts we need to face may not always be what we want to hear.
By contrast, sweet talk can make us feel good, and attractive promises can fill us with hope. But neither can replace facts and evidence.
We must stay clear-minded, learn to think independently, avoid blindly worshipping authority, refuse to believe unverified information, and never abandon our judgment simply because we fear criticism.
Wisdom prevents compassion from being exploited. Principles prevent kindness from being trampled. Courage prevents justice from being silenced.
These are the abilities we must cultivate.
Conclusion: Kindness Needs Principles, Compassion Needs Wisdom, and Justice Needs Courage
Dear Pioneers,
Whether in personal life, human relationships, community building, or national governance, we must understand one fundamental truth:
Compassion does not mean accommodating everyone unconditionally. Tolerance does not mean having no boundaries. Kindness does not mean turning a blind eye to wrongdoing.
We must help those who deserve help and remain alert to those who exploit the goodwill of others. We must protect every Pioneer in our community, especially their financial security. When we encounter injustice, we must have the courage to speak up. When crimes occur, we must insist on accountability under the law.
Do not abandon your principles because you fear offending someone. Do not remain silent about justice because you fear being attacked. And never sacrifice the interests of the majority merely to preserve superficial harmony.
Please remember:
Compassion without wisdom can enable harm. Tolerance without principles can encourage wrongdoing. Justice without courage can become silence.
We should be compassionate, but never blindly compassionate. We should be tolerant, but never tolerate wrongdoing without boundaries. We should be kind, but always uphold our principles. And if we are to defend justice, we must have the courage to speak the truth and protect innocent people.
True compassion uses wisdom to distinguish right from wrong, principles to safeguard fairness, courage to resist injustice, and action to protect good people.
Let us cultivate compassion and wisdom together, uphold our principles and boundaries, and courageously defend justice. Let us build healthier communities, a fairer society, and an environment where every ordinary person can live safely and peacefully.
This is true compassion. This is true wisdom. And this is the justice we must stand together to uphold.

Doris Yin: What China’s History of Unity Teaches Us About Pi Network’s Global Vision
Education Is the Foundation. Consensus Is Our Strength. — The Fair Opportunity You Seek May Be Right Before Your Eyes.
1. Lessons from Chinese History: Culture and Education Can Unite Different Peoples
Throughout thousands of years of Chinese history, Chinese civilization has experienced dynastic changes, wars, division, and the integration and unification of different peoples. Although rulers and political systems changed, Chinese civilization continued and gradually developed a shared cultural identity.
Several important historical examples demonstrate the role of culture, education, and common values in bringing different peoples together.
The Reforms of Emperor Xiaowen of Northern Wei: The Xianbei People Embraced Han Chinese Culture
The Northern Wei dynasty was established by the Xianbei people. Emperor Xiaowen introduced major reforms, moved the capital to Luoyang, encouraged the use of the Chinese language, adopted Han Chinese surnames, reformed clothing and customs, and promoted the study of Han Chinese culture and institutions among Xianbei elites.
Emperor Xiaowen did not unify all of China, but his reforms promoted cultural exchange and integration in northern China and significantly influenced the development of Chinese civilization.
The Yuan Dynasty: Mongol Rule and the Unification of China
The Yuan dynasty was established by the Mongols. In 1279, the Yuan completed its conquest of the Southern Song and established unified rule over the principal territories of China, becoming one of the major dynasties founded by a non-Han people.
The Qing Dynasty: Manchu Rule and the Continuation of Chinese Cultural Traditions
The Qing dynasty was established by the Manchus. While preserving aspects of their own traditions, Qing rulers adopted many established Chinese systems of governance, emphasized Confucian classics and education, and continued traditional civil administration through institutions such as the imperial examination system.
Throughout history, the Mongols, Manchus, and other ethnic groups all contributed to the development of Chinese civilization. Through periods of conflict, exchange, institutional adaptation, and cultural integration, different peoples became part of the broader historical and cultural development of China.
The most important lesson is this: the continuity of a civilization or political system depends not only on military strength and institutions, but also on cultural transmission, education, and the development of shared values.
Emperor Xiaowen’s reforms promoted integration in northern China, while the Yuan and Qing dynasties established unified imperial rule over China. Although their political systems and relationships among ethnic groups differed, Confucian thought, classical education, traditional governing institutions, and the lasting influence of Chinese culture all played important roles in the historical development and integration of China.
This demonstrates that people from different ethnic groups and backgrounds can gradually develop a shared identity through education, communication, and common cultural understanding.
Lasting unity requires more than people living on the same land. It requires people from different backgrounds to understand a shared culture, embrace common values, and move toward a common direction.
Today, Pi Network’s global community needs the same kind of shared understanding, a consistent educational foundation, and a clear global vision.
Pioneers from different countries, languages, and cultural backgrounds can build stronger relationships and unite their efforts through continuous education and communication.
2. Why Are More People Losing Hope for the Future?
Dear European Pioneers and Pioneers around the world,
Take a serious look at the world today.
More and more young people graduate from universities but cannot find suitable jobs. Many spend years studying and carry the hopes of their families, only to discover that it is difficult to obtain employment and income that match their efforts.
Prices continue to rise. Housing is increasingly unaffordable. Energy and living costs put growing pressure on ordinary households. Many people work hard but struggle to improve their lives. Young people study diligently yet remain uncertain about their futures.
They begin to ask themselves: What was the point of studying so hard? When will I be able to afford my own home? Will I ever have a real opportunity to change my life?
Behind these questions lie deep anxiety about the future and a desire for social fairness and economic opportunity.
Protests in France and other European countries have raised concerns about living costs, employment prospects, public services, housing, and social fairness. People want their voices to be heard. They want better living conditions and a brighter future for the next generation.
People are seeking more than higher incomes. They are seeking fair opportunities, dignity, and hope.
Yet rising prices, employment pressures, unequal wealth distribution, and unequal access to opportunities are deeply rooted and complex problems. Governments can introduce policies, and businesses can create jobs, but economic structures, resource allocation, global markets, and the accumulation of wealth make these problems difficult to resolve quickly.
In the traditional economic system, wealth often brings access to more resources, better education, broader networks, and more investment opportunities.
Wealthy individuals can use their existing capital to generate additional returns. Ordinary people, meanwhile, may spend decades working and saving to accumulate comparatively limited assets.
When the resources a person is born into can significantly influence the opportunities available throughout their life, how can we speak of a truly fair competition?
This is a question we must seriously consider today.
3. Where Can We Find Fairness? Pi Network Offers an Opportunity Worth Cherishing
In the real world, absolute equality is extremely difficult to achieve.
People with wealth have more capital and more investment opportunities. Those with greater resources can access better education, build wider networks, and use their existing wealth to accumulate even more.
Even money deposited in a bank can generate interest, allowing people with substantial capital to continue building their wealth.
Meanwhile, a recent university graduate without work experience, capital, or established connections may struggle to access the same starting point and opportunities, even when they work just as hard.
So where can ordinary people look for new opportunities?
I want every Pioneer to think seriously about this question.
Pi Network offers an opportunity worth cherishing: ordinary people do not need to be wealthy or possess special social connections to participate in a global digital ecosystem.
As long as you have a mobile phone capable of running the Pi app, even an older phone, you can participate in basic mining. You do not need to purchase expensive specialized mining equipment or bear the high hardware and electricity costs associated with traditional proof-of-work mining. Basic Pi mining does not require you to pay a fee.
You only need to spend approximately one second a day tapping the app to continue participating in basic mining.
One phone. One second a day. Zero cost to participate in basic mining!
This is one of the features that makes Pi Network particularly accessible to ordinary people.
For young people without jobs or capital, families with limited incomes, and people living in countries with different economic conditions, such a low barrier to entry is meaningful.
You do not need to become wealthy before you are allowed to participate. You do not need to possess social influence before you can join a global community.
Participation in Pi Network does not guarantee that everyone will become wealthy. However, it offers an entry point for people to learn, participate, and contribute to building a shared ecosystem.
You can start by learning, joining the community, connecting with people from other countries, and exploring potential economic cooperation.
GCV education and community-building activities also do not require Pioneers to pay for participation qualifications. Our goal is to connect merchants with Pioneers, encourage Pi payments and real-world transactions, and gradually build an economic network based on mutual benefit.
When an opportunity allows you to learn, build connections, and participate in something together without requiring an upfront financial investment, why not take the time to understand it?
This is the opportunity I hope European Pioneers and Pioneers around the world will cherish.
Do not dismiss it simply because it is free. Do not reject its potential simply because the ecosystem is still developing.
The fair opportunity you have been searching for may be right before your eyes. First, understand it, explore it, and participate in building its value.
4. From Global Protests to Global Cooperation: We Need Solutions, Not Just Complaints
When people face high living costs, unemployment, and wealth inequality, protests are one way to express their concerns. People have the right to voice their dissatisfaction and demand a fairer society.
But what happens after the protests?
If young people still cannot find jobs, if ordinary families still struggle to afford daily necessities, and if wealth and resources remain concentrated among a small segment of society, can expressing anger alone change these structural problems?
We need more than dissatisfaction with the status quo. We need to explore solutions.
If ordinary people can unite, merchants can cooperate, and communities across different countries can build relationships, could we create more opportunities for economic participation?
If merchants are willing to accept Pi payments and Pioneers are willing to use Pi to purchase goods and services, real transactions can establish mutually beneficial relationships. Over time, this could help build an economic network in which communities actively participate.
This is the direction I have consistently emphasized:
Connect Pioneers with merchants. Connect communities with the real economy. Transform the scattered efforts of individuals into a collective force that creates value.
We can start within our own communities by contacting merchants, encouraging transactions for goods and services, providing education, helping more people understand Pi’s potential applications, and gradually building economic cooperation networks.
This is not about creating wealth through slogans. It is about exploring new economic opportunities through real participation, real transactions, and sustained cooperation.
5. Why Is Pi Network’s Global Vision Worth Cherishing?
Today’s international economic system relies heavily on different national currencies, banking systems, and cross-border payment networks. Exchange-rate fluctuations, conversion fees, and settlement procedures can all affect the costs faced by businesses and consumers.
For countries that import energy, rising international energy prices combined with a weakening domestic currency can increase import costs and ultimately affect businesses and ordinary households.
If Pi achieves wider real-world adoption across more countries in the future, supported by a broad network of merchants, goods, and services, global participants could have more opportunities to conduct economic activities through a shared digital asset network.
In appropriate use cases, direct Pi transactions and payments could reduce some traditional currency-conversion steps and provide an additional option for cross-border economic activity.
This is a direction worth exploring in the global digital economy: giving more ordinary people opportunities to participate, helping merchants reach new customers and transaction channels, and enabling communities in different countries to create practical value through cooperation.
Pi Network’s development requires continued technical progress, ecosystem expansion, real-world applications, and sustained participation. But we should not overlook a potential opportunity simply because the road ahead still requires work.
We must not sit back and wait for the future to arrive. We must actively participate in building it.
I believe that if Pioneers around the world remain committed to education, real-world applications, and mutually beneficial cooperation, they can help Pi’s ecosystem expand its economic participation.
6. European Pioneers and Pioneers Worldwide: Cherish This Opportunity Instead of Throwing It Away
I particularly hope that European Pioneers and Pioneers around the world will seriously consider what I am saying.
What are you searching for?
You want fair opportunities. You want young people to find jobs. You want ordinary people to improve their lives. You want wealth and resources to stop being the only gateways to economic participation.
Then, when a global digital ecosystem offers ordinary people an opportunity to participate, why not take the time to understand it first?
Basic Pi mining does not require you to purchase Pi. GCV education and community-building do not require you to pay for participation qualifications. You can start by learning, joining the community, contacting merchants, and encouraging real transactions.
We want to connect merchants and Pioneers so that both sides can create opportunities and value for one another, gradually developing economic cooperation networks within their communities.
This requires time, action, and the participation of each of us.
But if you refuse to understand the opportunity, abandon learning because of rumors, or attack and trample on something you have never genuinely tried to understand, how will you participate if meaningful progress emerges in the future?
Do not complain that the world lacks fairness while casually throwing away an opportunity you can help build.
Do not feel lost about the future while refusing to learn something new.
Do not hope to change economic conditions while refusing to take any action.
What you are searching for is not simply a project that might make money. You are searching for the possibility of participating in future economic development, creating opportunities for cooperation, and improving your life.
Pi Network does not promise identical outcomes for everyone. But it offers ordinary people around the world a starting point for shared participation, learning, and ecosystem development.
Cherish that starting point.
7. Education Is the Foundation. Consensus Is Our Strength.
A global ecosystem cannot be built by a small group of developers or by the community of just one country. It requires the participation of Pioneers around the world.
We need more users, more merchants, more real transactions, and continued progress in education, technology, and ecosystem development.
Education is not an optional extra. It is the foundation of a global ecosystem.
If Pioneers do not understand the project’s vision, it is difficult to develop lasting confidence. If merchants do not understand how the ecosystem works, they are less likely to participate. If communities in different countries lack a shared understanding, global cooperation becomes much harder.
We must therefore continue global education so that Pioneers in every country and region can understand Pi Network’s direction, technical foundations, potential applications, and the importance of ecosystem development.
Education should help Pioneers shift their attention from price alone to real-world applications, from passive waiting to active participation, and from working in isolation to global cooperation.
We must help more people understand that ecosystem development is not the responsibility of a few individuals. It is a shared mission that requires the contribution of the entire community.
Education builds consensus. Consensus drives action. Action builds the ecosystem.
This is the direction that Pioneers around the world should work together to pursue.
Conclusion: The Opportunity You Seek May Be Right Before Your Eyes
People around the world are searching for new hope.
Young people want a future. Ordinary families want to improve their lives. Merchants want to expand their markets. Communities in different countries want more opportunities for development.
Against this background, we should seriously consider the opportunities for global participation offered by Pi Network and the digital economic ecosystem it is seeking to build.
I hope European Pioneers and Pioneers around the world will cherish this opportunity, learn actively, promote education, connect merchants, participate in real transactions, and work with the global community to build the ecosystem.
Do not give up too easily. Do not attack blindly. And do not wait until years later to realize that you once had the opportunity to participate in building a global economic ecosystem but walked away because you never took the time to understand it.
Fair opportunities do not automatically become reality. Only when we are willing to learn, participate, cooperate, and build can opportunities have a chance to become results.
Let us cross the boundaries of countries, languages, and cultures. Let us build consensus through education, advance the ecosystem through action, and explore a more inclusive digital economic future through global cooperation.
Global consensus does not emerge from waiting. It is built through education, participation, and action.

Plan Ahead and Cherish the Opportunity Pi Offers
Dear Pioneers,
I want to remind everyone that many pioneers today no longer seem to care whether they have Pi or not. They do not cherish the opportunity. Some listen to what others say, become discouraged, stop learning, and lose their motivation. When encouraged to study, they refuse to do so. Without understanding, how can they build confidence? Without confidence, how can they persevere? Many have stopped mining or even sold all their Pi.
Wealth requires knowledge, wisdom, and blessings to recognize, appreciate, and seize opportunities.
Look at the world today. Many countries face serious economic challenges. Prices continue to rise, currencies lose purchasing power, young people cannot afford homes, and many people worry about their future pensions. Governments face budget deficits, and neither raising nor lowering interest rates can easily solve these deep-rooted problems. France has experienced social unrest, and many other European countries and regions around the world face similar economic pressures.
Have you thought about your future? Have you prepared for it?
Complaining and protesting alone cannot solve these problems. It is not necessarily that governments do not want to solve them; many challenges are extremely difficult to overcome. A truly wise person plans ahead and actively seeks opportunities instead of waiting until problems arise.
Pi offers us an opportunity to participate in building a digital economy. The development of GCV requires our collective efforts. We need to learn, persevere, build merchant partnerships, and promote real-world applications. Only through our participation can the ecosystem continue to grow and create more economic opportunities for the future.
Pi will not succeed simply because we wait. It requires each of us to make an effort. If everyone becomes complacent, refuses to learn, and stops participating, then seven years of time and effort may have been wasted. If, after seven years, we have made no serious effort to prepare for our future, we will still have to face rising living costs and retirement challenges.
Please do not take this opportunity lightly. Learn seriously, think independently, and develop your own understanding. Do not give up simply because of what someone else says.
Cherishing an opportunity means taking responsibility for your future. Working together gives us a chance to build a better one.
I hope everyone will work together and actively contribute to the Pi ecosystem. Do not wait until an opportunity is gone before regretting it. Do not wait until old age to realize that you never seriously prepared for your future.

Reason and Responsibility: How to Build a Better Future in Times of Crisis
From Social Unrest in France to National Fiscal Challenges and the Development of the Pi Network Ecosystem
Author: Doris Yin
We all want a better life. We want governments to provide better social benefits and society to create more opportunities for us. But we must also ask ourselves: Where does wealth come from? Where does government money come from? If everyone wants more but no one is willing to accept responsibility and create value, how long can society continue to prosper?
A nation's prosperity cannot depend on benefits and redistribution alone. It also requires productivity, hard work, and the contributions of every member of society.
France is a high-welfare country. In the past, when economic development, productivity, and social security could support one another, its welfare system had a sound foundation and provided protection for many citizens.
However, times are changing. An aging population, slower growth in the working-age population, and insufficient economic growth are creating new challenges for the existing welfare system. A system that was sustainable in the past may not remain sustainable under changing conditions without adjustments.
In the face of these realities, we need rational analysis, shared responsibility, and practical solutions—not endless blame and division.
1. Social Unrest in France: How Can We Express Our Concerns While Accepting Social Responsibility?
I understand that people have their own concerns and the right to express dissatisfaction. However, we must recognize one important principle: even when our demands are justified, we must consider how we pursue them and what consequences our actions may bring.
Large demonstrations can escalate emotionally. They may also be exploited by individuals with ulterior motives or by opportunists seeking to take advantage of the situation. The original demands can be overshadowed by violence, and peaceful demonstrations can deteriorate into vandalism and looting.
When shops, supermarkets, luxury boutiques, public buildings, and historical sites are damaged, we must ask ourselves: Who ultimately bears the cost?
First, businesses suffer, and ordinary people suffer with them.
When shops are looted or vandalized, business owners face not only the loss of merchandise but also repair expenses, security costs, business interruptions, and lost revenue.
If companies no longer consider a location safe for business, they may reduce investment, close stores, or move their operations elsewhere.
Supermarkets provide food and daily necessities to local residents. If stores close or leave, shopping becomes less convenient. For people who are already struggling financially, life becomes even more difficult.
Second, tourism and a city's reputation can also suffer.
France has a rich cultural heritage, historic architecture, and world-famous tourist destinations. Visitors come to experience its history and culture, not to encounter damaged buildings, shattered storefronts, and chaotic streets.
If violence and destruction continue, tourists may cancel their trips, and hotels, restaurants, shops, and tour operators may lose business. Employment opportunities can also be affected.
Historic buildings can require enormous sums to repair once damaged, and some losses cannot easily be reversed.
Third, governments must spend money repairing damaged public infrastructure.
Schools, roads, public buildings, and other infrastructure require funding when they are damaged.
Yet governments may already be facing fiscal pressure. If they must spend additional money on repairs, cleanup, and security, the financial burden becomes even heavier.
This creates a vicious cycle: the weaker the economy becomes, the less money the government has; the less money the government has, the harder it becomes to address public needs; and further economic destruction only makes the situation worse.
If our goal is to improve people's lives, we should seek solutions rather than destroy the foundations that allow society to function.
2. France's High-Welfare System: Where Does the Money Come From?
France has long maintained an extensive welfare system. A high level of social welfare is not inherently a problem. When the economy generates sufficient resources and society can afford the associated costs, a strong welfare system can protect people's living standards and contribute to social stability.
The challenge is that a welfare system must be supported by the continuous creation of wealth.
When a country has a relatively young population, a sufficient workforce, strong economic growth, and rising productivity, more workers can contribute through employment, taxes, and social security payments to support pensions, healthcare, education, and other public services.
However, when the population ages, the number of retirees increases, the working-age population grows more slowly, and economic growth and productivity gains are insufficient to support rising public expenditure, the existing welfare system faces increasing pressure.
More people need pensions and public services, while the number of people creating wealth, paying taxes, and supporting social security may grow more slowly or decline relative to those receiving benefits. When the wealth a country produces is insufficient to support its existing commitments, fiscal pressure becomes increasingly apparent.
This does not mean that high welfare is inherently wrong. It means we must face reality: every welfare system requires a sufficiently strong economic foundation.
If the wealth created by society grows slowly while public expenditure continues to rise, governments must seriously consider how to improve productivity, expand the economy, increase employment, and maintain sustainable public finances.
France's fiscal challenges are also connected to public debt, budget deficits, economic competitiveness, demographic changes, and government spending. They cannot be attributed to a single cause.
Some people may question the government's fiscal priorities, arguing that substantial amounts of money have been directed toward defense or support for Ukraine. These are government policy decisions. I will not make unwarranted judgments about them or presume to determine the merits of every individual decision.
However, one point must be clear: defense spending serves a long-term purpose. It is necessary to protect national security, safeguard citizens' lives and property, and defend a country's interests.
A country cannot focus exclusively on immediate social benefits while ignoring its long-term security. Building and maintaining defense capabilities often requires sustained investment. A nation cannot wait until a serious security threat emerges before beginning to prepare.
As for money already spent in the past, whether on defense or other public expenditure, those decisions have already been made and the money has already been spent. We cannot turn back time, nor can we expect every past expenditure to be recovered.
Therefore, instead of endlessly dwelling on the past, we should seriously consider what needs to be done next.
The past has already happened. What matters now is looking forward, improving national governance, revitalizing the economy, making public finances more sustainable, and improving people's lives.
Governments must allocate spending responsibly, and society must understand the realities a country faces. Fiscal challenges cannot be solved simply by cutting one category of expenditure while ignoring deeper problems such as insufficient productivity, population aging, and sluggish economic growth.
If the economy develops sustainably, businesses are willing to invest, and workers create more value, government revenues can improve and the welfare system can gain a stronger foundation.
3. Even the Best Cook Cannot Make a Meal Without Rice
There is a Chinese saying: Even the most capable cook cannot prepare a meal without rice.
No matter how skilled a cook may be, without rice, there is no rice to cook.
Likewise, even if a government wants to improve education, expand welfare, increase pensions, maintain national defense, and repair public infrastructure, it must have sufficient financial resources.
If economic growth is inadequate and government revenue is limited while public expenditure continues to increase, the government will face difficult choices.
If we want better healthcare, better education, more reliable pensions, and safer living conditions, we must consider how to create enough wealth to support these goals.
Without rice, we can grow more, buy more, or increase production. But if we destroy the kitchen as well, how are we supposed to prepare a meal?
A country needs stable businesses, hardworking people, sustained investment, technological innovation, and higher productivity. Only when the economic foundation becomes stronger can governments gain greater capacity to protect people's livelihoods.
We cannot focus only on how much money the government should spend. We must also consider how much wealth society actually produces and how much more it can generate in the future.
4. Population Aging and Retirement: We Must Share the Responsibility
Another long-term challenge facing France is population aging and the growing pressure on pension expenditure.
As the number of retirees increases while the working-age population grows more slowly or declines, society must confront a fundamental question: the number of people creating wealth, paying taxes, and contributing to pension systems may shrink relative to the number of people receiving pensions.
If everyone wants to retire earlier while also demanding higher pensions and better public services, we must ask:
Who will work? Who will create wealth? Who will contribute to the pension system?
Young people face their own financial pressures. They must pay for housing, raise children, support their families, and contribute through their work and social security payments to the wider system.
If there are not enough workers and productivity does not improve, the burden on younger generations may become increasingly heavy.
Therefore, we must rethink the relationship between work, retirement, and social responsibility.
There is a Chinese saying: “Diligence leads to prosperity.”
Hard work means making an effort to create wealth through employment, production, and innovation. For people who are able to work and whose health permits, extending their working lives where appropriate and increasing workforce participation can raise economic output and help ease pressure on pension systems.
Retirement policies must also account for differences in occupations, working conditions, and individual health. Nevertheless, in an aging society, we must seriously discuss retirement ages, workforce participation, and how to make pension systems more sustainable.
We cannot focus only on how early we would like to retire while completely ignoring who will support us financially after retirement.
If everyone wants to retire early but there are not enough people continuing to work, how can younger generations sustain an increasingly demanding pension system?
This is not a conflict between young and old. It is a shared responsibility that society must address together.
We must protect the well-being of older people while preserving a sustainable economic future for younger generations.
5. National Prosperity Requires Shared Responsibility: Moving Forward Together
When a country faces fiscal and economic challenges, we should not remain trapped in endless arguments about the past or constant accusations against one another.
Governments have a responsibility to develop sound fiscal policies, improve the business environment, enhance governance, and create the conditions for economic growth.
Businesses have a responsibility to invest, innovate, and create employment.
Workers have a responsibility to work diligently, improve their skills, and create value.
Members of society also need to understand the challenges their country faces and consider the long-term interests of the whole community while protecting their own rights.
Defense, education, healthcare, pensions, and infrastructure all require resources. We must address people's immediate needs while preparing for the nation's future.
There is a well-known Chinese saying:
“The rise and fall of the nation is the responsibility of every citizen.”
Its meaning is clear: a nation's future is not solely the responsibility of its government. It is also closely connected to the actions of every citizen.
When a country faces difficulties, we should unite, work hard, improve productivity, support economic development, and seek solutions together.
We cannot change what has already happened, but through our actions today, we can shape what happens tomorrow.
Instead of endlessly arguing over who was right or wrong in the past, we should focus our energy on making the country stronger, revitalizing the economy, and improving people's security and quality of life.
True responsibility means not merely demanding that others change, but starting with ourselves and creating greater value for society.
6. Pi Network Is No Different: Everyone Must Participate in Building the Ecosystem
The same principle applies to the development of the Pi Network ecosystem.
Some Pioneers constantly ask when Pi will increase in value, when the ecosystem will mature, and when others will create opportunities for them. Yet they are unwilling to learn, use Pi, support merchants, participate in application development, or engage in real economic activity.
They want a prosperous ecosystem but are unwilling to help build it. They want others to create value while they simply wait to benefit.
If everyone wants to receive value but no one is willing to create it, how can the ecosystem grow?
An ecosystem needs users, merchants, developers, applications, and real economic activity. Only when more people participate, provide goods and services, and establish practical use cases can the ecosystem continue to develop.
This principle is closely connected to the development of a national economy.
A country needs workers, entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators. The Pi Network ecosystem needs users, merchants, developers, and builders.
Pi Network offers people new economic opportunities. To turn these opportunities into real momentum for ecosystem development, Pioneers must learn actively, participate, support merchants, promote practical applications, and create value through concrete actions.
Opportunities become results only when combined with action. An ecosystem grows only when people work together to build it.
We cannot spend all our time waiting for others to create opportunities while doing nothing ourselves.
7. True Wisdom: Accept Responsibility and Build a Better Future
I have always believed that a wise person must learn to see the bigger picture rather than focus exclusively on immediate personal interests.
We can express our concerns, ask governments to improve public services, and raise objections to policies we consider unreasonable. But we must also consider the consequences of our actions and understand what a country needs for long-term development.
A country needs a stable business environment, continuous wealth creation, responsible public spending, and the understanding, hard work, and contributions of its people.
Likewise, an ecosystem can develop only when people are willing to learn, participate, and build.
A nation's prosperity requires everyone to accept responsibility. An ecosystem's growth requires everyone to participate in building it.
True progress does not come from continually demanding more from others. It comes from asking ourselves what value we can contribute to society.
We cannot change the past, but we can change our actions today and influence the direction of tomorrow.
If we want a better life, we must help create the conditions for a better life. If we want a stronger nation, we must share the responsibility of building it. If we want a better future, we must begin working toward it today.
Reason helps us understand reality. Responsibility gives us a sense of duty. Action is what truly changes the future.
That is the essence of wisdom.

INDEPENDENCE DOES NOT MEAN THE RIGHT TO USE ANOTHER ORGANIZATION’S IDENTITY
Some people say:
“We are an independent organization. What we do has nothing to do with you, and you have no right to interfere.”
This misunderstands the issue.
You certainly have the right to establish and operate your own independent organization. But independence does not give anyone the right to use another organization’s logo, identity, name, reputation, or community trust in a way that may cause people to believe there is an authorization, endorsement, or official connection.
Here is a simple example:
Imagine that someone opens an independent store but places another well-known company’s sign and logo above the entrance without permission.
Customers see that logo and naturally believe that the store belongs to, is authorized by, or is connected with that company. Based on that belief, they enter the store, purchase products, make payments, or provide money.
The store owner cannot then simply say:
“My business is independent, so the other company has no right to question what I am doing.”
That misses the point.
If you are truly independent, use your own name, your own logo, your own identity, and build your own reputation.
The same principle applies to the Global GCV Movement.
Our logo has been seen and recognized by pioneers in many countries. Some people associate that logo with the Global GCV Movement and with my public work and teachings. Therefore, when the logo is used in connection with cards, fundraising, payments, commercial activities, or other projects, people may believe that these activities are authorized, endorsed, or supported by us.
That potential confusion is exactly why organizational boundaries matter.
We are not objecting to anyone’s right to be independent. We are protecting the identity, reputation, and trust associated with our own community.
Independence deserves respect—but so do boundaries.
If you are independent, then be genuinely independent:
use your own identity, build your own reputation, and do not create the impression that another organization stands behind your activities. – at Rwanda

Subject: A Call to Unity and Purpose in the GCV Movement
Dear GCV Pioneers, Ambassadors ,Leaders , Industry Managers
I hope this message finds you in good spirits despite the recent upheavals within our cherished GCV community. It is with a heavy heart that I write to address the situation that has unfolded with the resignation of Lumari and Jojo from all positions within GCV, and their subsequent actions that have led to division and discord within our international community.
As you all know, this incredible journey began with Ms. Doris Yin, who single-handedly ignited the GCV movement to address critical issues surrounding equality and access to Pi network. This movement has always stood as a beacon of hope, promising empowerment and liberation from the shackles of poverty for countless individuals around the globe.
In recent years, Lumari from the Philippines joined us, bringing talents and skills that ostensibly contributed to our cause. However, it is disheartening to witness how, driven by personal ambition and a misguided sense of entitlement, he has claimed ownership of GCV and has attempted to undermine the collective efforts of all pioneers who labor tirelessly for our shared mission. His resignation was not solely an act of withdrawal but a manifestation of his excessive greed and lack of gratitude towards our foundational values.
To the members of great family GCV, I urge you to reflect on the teachings of our guiding figures, prominently Ms. Doris Yin. From the very inception of this movement, she has demonstrated unwavering faith in each of us, providing a platform for collaboration, shared responsibilities, and an abundance of encouragement. Her vision has always been inclusive, seeking to unite rather than divide, and it is now our duty to uphold her legacy.
We don't forget that the essence of GCV is grounded in the collective aspirations of millions across the globe. Divisions serve only to distract us from our greater purpose, which is to build a more inclusive, respectful, and prosperous community for all.
As we face these challenges, I ask you to rise above the petty squabbles and focus on what truly matters: the growth and sustenance of the GCV ecosystem. Instead of allowing feelings of resentment to fester, let us commit ourselves to nurturing our core values and progressing together towards our shared mission.
We want to make it abundantly clear that we have never sought to create division within our cherished GCV community. History has shown us that we can resolve our issues through dialogue and understanding. The recent actions driven by one person's (Lu....) greed and insatiable ambition have led us to this troubling juncture, one that none of us desire.
We all recognize that this kind of behavior can wreak havoc on our mission and set us back in our collective journey towards greater empowerment.
Furthermore, we stand firm and unwavering in our support of Ms. Doris Yin. Like a steadfast mountain, she embodies the strength and vision that have driven this movement forward. We are behind her completely, steadfast in our commitment to our shared values and goals.
In closing, remember that the path ahead may be arduous, but it is the dedication and perseverance of all pioneers, not the whims of a select few, that have brought us to this pivotal moment. Stand together, remain steadfast in our pursuits, and let us carry the vision of Ms. Doris Yin forward with unwavering resolve.
May our commitment to the GCV ideals shine as a guiding light in these turbulent times, ensuring that our community remains strong and united against any forces aimed at fracturing our dream.
Wishing health and prosperity for each and every one of you, dear ones.
With the warmest regards,🪷🪷🪷

GLOBAL GCV MOVEMENT
FOUNDER’S SELF-CRITICISM LETTER & STATEMENT OF FACTS
The Truth About the Resignations of Ms. Lumari and Mr. JoJo
August 10, 2026
Dear Global GCV Ambassadors, Special Envoys, GCV Army Warriors, merchants, leaders, and pioneers around the world,
After reading the three questions raised by the China GCV Core Team and Thailand GCV Industry Alliance,Turkey GCV CT wrote articles, and many leaders and pioneers send me questions why they left. And I can see many of them has been misled .
I believe I owe the global community not only self-criticism, but also a clear explanation of what happened involving Ms. Lumari and Mr. JoJo.
For several days, I deliberately avoided publicly discussing the internal disagreements behind their resignations. But today I see chaos has happened. Some communities have been divided because they don't know truth.
Why?
Because despite our differences, I respected their years of contribution.
I wanted both of them to leave with dignity.
I believed that disclosing every internal disagreement would benefit neither them nor the Global GCV Movement.
However, I have now received reports and complaints alleging efforts to persuade leaders or communities in several countries to separate themselves from the existing Global GCV structure.
Because these allegations directly concern the unity and stability of our global community, I can no longer remain silent.
Today, I will explain my direct experience, my decisions, and the organizational events that led to their resignations.
I will not ask pioneers to blindly believe me.
I ask everyone to examine the facts and make your own judgment.
---
I. HOW MS. LUMARI RECEIVED HER LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
At the beginning of 2024, I established the Global GCV Core Team.
At that time, I appointed Ms. Lumari as Global GCV Executive Director.
Why did I choose her?
Because she worked very hard and had successfully helped lead the Philippines community.
She also communicated well in English, showed strong enthusiasm for GCV work, and repeatedly expressed her willingness to accept greater responsibilities.
I appreciate talented and hardworking people.
Therefore, I trusted her and gave her opportunities.
Later, Ms. Lumari introduced Mr. JoJo to me and strongly recommended him. And both Ms. Lumari and Ms. Jojo will not disclose their real names, real photos and real identity.
Because I trusted her judgment and because I also saw Mr. JoJo's abilities, I appointed him as Assistant to the Executive Director, following her recommendation.
That was the beginning of their increasing responsibilities within the Global GCV Movement.
---
II. THE INTERNATIONAL GCV INDUSTRY ALLIANCE
Last year, I developed the strategy to establish the International GCV Industry Alliance.
I explained to Ms. Lumari why GCV needed an Industry Alliance and how it could help connect merchants, businesses, pioneers, and the Pi ecosystem.
She was very excited about this strategy.
She expressed her desire to become Chair and recommended Mr. JoJo as Vice Chair.
Mr. JoJo had already contributed significantly to the translation and international development of the Pioneers Handbook, and his professional background included business experience.
I therefore approved these leadership arrangements.
Ms. Lumari became Chair.
Mr. JoJo became Vice Chair.
Again, these appointments were based on trust.
---
III. THE GCV ARMY
Later, I launched another strategy:
The GCV Army.
Its purpose was education, community organization, volunteer service, and helping pioneers understand the GCV mission.
Ms. Lumari wanted to serve as Commander.
Once again, I approved her request.
Looking back, I must acknowledge my own mistake.
Over time, too many important responsibilities became concentrated in the hands of a very small number of leaders.
Ms. Lumari held several major leadership responsibilities.
Mr. JoJo also held significant responsibilities closely connected with hers.
I allowed too much organizational power to become concentrated.
That was a governance mistake.
And as Founder, I accept responsibility for it.
---
IV. STRATEGY AND EXECUTION ARE NOT THE SAME THING
There is another point I must clarify.
The major organizational strategies—including the establishment and direction of the Global GCV Core Team, International GCV Industry Alliance, GCV Army, and our global education and leadership systems—were strategies that I initiated, developed, explained, and deployed as Founder.
Other leaders helped execute them.
Their execution was important.
Their hard work deserves recognition.
But execution should not be confused with the origin of the strategy itself.
There were occasions when I saw notices or communications implementing ideas and instructions that originated from me without clearly identifying their source.
At the time, I did not make this an issue.
I did not want to fight over credit.
I cared more about getting the work done.
Today, however, I recognize that this approach created an unintended problem.
When the source of strategy and the responsibilities of execution are not transparent, pioneers can easily misunderstand who developed a policy, who approved it, and who implemented it.
That was another mistake in my governance.
I should have established clearer attribution and communication from the beginning.
---
V. WHY I DECIDED TO REFORM THE GLOBAL GCV STRUCTURE
As GCV expanded internationally, one problem became increasingly obvious:
Our organizational structure had become too concentrated.
At the same time, many countries required attention, education, leadership development, merchant support, and organizational guidance.
No two people could effectively manage everything. And as per Ms.Lumari, she won't work with others .She only allow Mr. Jojo as vice or assistant. That means nobody can take care other countries.
In practice, I found myself personally handling many countries and many complicated issues.
I therefore concluded that GCV needed structural reform.
The solution was simple:
POWER MUST BE DISPERSED.
We needed more capable leaders.
We needed clearer divisions of responsibility.
We needed checks and balances.
We needed leadership succession.
And we needed a system that could continue functioning even when individual leaders became unavailable.
This was not an attack against Ms. Lumari or Mr. JoJo.
It was an organizational necessity.
---
VI. THE DISAGREEMENT THAT LED TO THE RESIGNATIONS
During discussions about restructuring, Ms. Lumari wanted to retain top leadership responsibilities across three major divisions: GCV Community, GCV Industry Alliance, GCV army and wanted Mr. JoJo to remain the Vice leader working with her.
I could not agree to structure the organization around only two individuals. Also I promote Mr. Rad as Chief Strategy Consultant above her. This is the fuse that make her sad and told me she will quit.
They were already extremely busy.
The Global GCV Movement was expanding.
I needed to appoint additional leaders and distribute responsibilities.
Most importantly, I needed every senior leader to demonstrate that when personal relationships and community responsibilities conflict, the interests of the overall community come first.
During my discussions with Mr. JoJo, I was not satisfied that I had received sufficient assurance on this principle.
Therefore, I told him that under the new structure I could not appoint him to another leadership position at that time.
Mr. JoJo subsequently submitted his resignation.
Ms. Lumari also submitted her resignation and communicated to me that she could only continue working together with Mr. JoJo.
That was something I could not accept as the basis for allocating community authority.
Leadership positions cannot belong to friendships or relationship.
They cannot belong to partnerships.
They cannot belong to Doris Yin.
They cannot belong to Lumari.
They cannot belong to JoJo.
COMMUNITY AUTHORITY EXISTS TO SERVE THE PIONEERS.
As Founder, I have a responsibility to appoint committed and capable leaders according to the needs of the entire organization.
No leadership position can be guaranteed simply because one leader insists that another particular person must serve beside them.
---
VII. WHY I INITIALLY REMAINED SILENT
After receiving their resignation letters, I did not publicly disclose these disagreements.
Instead, I thanked them.
I recognized their contributions.
I wished them success.
I even kept the door open for future cooperation if circumstances changed. I hope she can recognize her mistake and come back. Even yesterday I propose her to be CEO if she comes back.
I did this intentionally.
They contributed years of work to GCV.
Whatever disagreements existed at the end should not erase everything positive they had previously done.
I wanted a peaceful separation.
Goodbye did not need to become war.
VIII. WHAT CHANGED AFTER THE RESIGNATIONS
Approximately two days after the resignations, Mr. JoJo published a lengthy article that, in my view, gave pioneers the impression that the achievements of the Global GCV Movement were primarily attributable to Ms. Lumari.
This caused disagreement among a number of leaders.
And understandably so.
GCV's achievements do not belong to one person.
They do not belong to Ms. Lumari.
They do not belong to Mr. JoJo.
And they do not belong to Doris Yin alone.
They belong to the countless Ambassadors, Special Envoys, translators, merchants, educators, volunteers, Warriors, leaders, and pioneers who contributed their time and effort around the world.
I also began receiving reports and complaints alleging that Ms. Lumari and some leaders associated with her were approaching leaders or communities in other countries and encouraging them to follow a separate leadership structure under Lumari.
I want to distinguish clearly between what I personally know and what has been reported to me.
Their resignation letters and my direct discussions with them are matters within my personal knowledge. Reports about subsequent activities in other countries have been communicated to me by other leaders and should be evaluated on evidence rather than rumor.
I will not exaggerate what I cannot personally verify.
But I also cannot ignore repeated reports when they may affect the stability of our organization.
---
IX. MY POSITION TOWARD MS. LUMARI AND MR. JOJO
I want everyone to understand this clearly:
I do not hate Ms. Lumari.
I do not hate Mr. JoJo.
I continue to recognize the work they contributed during their time in GCV.
If they choose to become independent and build their own community, that is their choice.
I respect their freedom.
But independence must work both ways.
If they choose independence, the Global GCV Movement should respect their organization—and they should likewise respect ours.
Do not interfere with each other's communities.
Do not mislead pioneers.
Do not pressure leaders to choose personal sides.
Do not turn organizational disagreements into international community conflict.
If anyone has evidence of misconduct by current GCV leaders—including me—bring forward the evidence.
We should deal with facts.
Not rumors.
Not personal worship.
Not emotional attacks.
---
X. MY SELF-CRITICISM
I must now return to myself.
How did we reach this situation?
Because I made mistakes.
First, I trusted individuals more than systems.
Second, I concentrated too much authority in too few hands.
Third, when I noticed problems, I sometimes remained silent because I wanted to preserve unity.
Fourth, I did not establish clear enough boundaries between strategy, authority, execution, and communication.
Fifth, I believed personal loyalty and goodwill could solve problems that actually required institutional checks and balances.
These are my mistakes.
I accept them.
I will correct them.
---
XI. THE LESSON FOR THE FUTURE
From now on, Global GCV governance must follow several fundamental principles:
Power must be dispersed.
Leadership must be accountable.
No individual may monopolize information or organizational authority.
No personal relationship may override community interests.
Leadership appointments belong to the organization, not to personal alliances.
Contributions must be recognized fairly.
Major decisions and their sources must be communicated transparently.
Disagreements must be resolved through governance procedures rather than factional struggle.
And this applies to me as well.
If one day Doris Yin becomes attached to power and places herself above the community, pioneers should question Doris Yin too.
That is what a healthy organization requires.
---
XII. MY MESSAGE TO GLOBAL PIONEERS
Please do not allow yourselves to become weapons in a dispute between leaders.
Do not blindly follow Doris Yin.
Do not blindly follow Lumari.
Do not blindly follow JoJo.
Follow principles.
Follow facts.
Follow the interests of the community.
Think independently.
Do not attack pioneers simply because they have different opinions.
Do not spread unverified accusations.
Do not insult former leaders.
And do not create hatred.
Our strongest answer to division is not anger.
Our strongest answer is better governance, transparency, education, and continued construction.
We have too much work ahead of us to waste our energy fighting one another.
Let those who wish to leave leave peacefully.
Let those who wish to stay continue working.
Let those who wish to build independently build independently.
But everyone should respect the boundaries and legitimate work of others.
---
XIII. ONE COMMUNITY MUST NEVER BELONG TO TWO PEOPLE
The deepest lesson I have learned from this experience is simple:
A global movement cannot be built around personalities.
If an organization depends on two people remaining together, it is fragile.
If leadership positions become conditions of personal relationships, governance has failed.
If one resignation can paralyze an entire structure, power has been concentrated too heavily.
Therefore, this reform will continue.
Not because I want more power.
Because I want less power concentrated in any one person's hands.
The Global GCV Movement must become bigger than its Founder and bigger than every individual leader.
That is the organization I want to leave for future pioneers.
---
I sincerely thank Ms. Lumari and Mr. JoJo for the positive contributions they made during their years of service.
I also sincerely hope they will respect the Global GCV Movement's independence just as I respect theirs.
There is no need for revenge.
There is no need for hatred.
But there must be boundaries.
There must be accountability.
There must be truth.
And there must be reform.
To every Global GCV pioneer:
I apologize for the governance mistakes I made.
I have learned from them.
From personal trust to institutional governance.
From concentrated authority to distributed leadership.
From personality-centered leadership to mission-centered leadership.
That is the direction in which I will lead the reform.
The community does not belong to Doris Yin.
The community does not belong to Lumari.
The community does not belong to JoJo.
IT BELONGS TO THE PIONEERS WE SERVE.
With responsibility and reflection,

OFFICIAL GCV COMMUNITY NOTICE
Ambassador Responsibilities, Technical Support, and Pi Wallet Security
Dear GCV Pioneers,
To protect Pioneers' assets, maintain the reputation of the GCV community, and clarify the responsibilities of GCV Ambassadors, please observe the following principles.
1. GCV Ambassadors Must Not Handle Sensitive Technical Operations
GCV Ambassadors are not responsible for providing technical assistance with KYC or other sensitive account operations.
We cannot guarantee that every individual has the necessary technical knowledge, good intentions, or trustworthy background. Someone could misuse the reputation of a GCV Ambassador to gain Pioneers' trust and obtain access to their wallet information. This could result in asset losses and damage the reputation of both GCV Ambassadors and the entire community.
Therefore, GCV Ambassadors must not request, collect, or access Pioneers' wallet passphrases or other confidential information.
2. Serious Technical Issues Must Be Reported Through Official Channels
If a serious technical issue occurs or has already resulted in losses, Pioneers should contact the official Pi Network support team through the Support option in the Pi application.
Confidential information must be submitted only through officially designated secure channels. GCV leaders and Ambassadors must not independently investigate or handle such sensitive matters. These issues should be referred to the appropriate official support channels.
3. Consult Chat Room Moderators About General Operational Questions
For general questions about using the Pi application, Pioneers may consult Chat Room Moderators. They are appointed by the project team and receive relevant training to help answer many common operational questions.
GCV Ambassadors must understand the boundaries of their responsibilities and should not take on technical support duties beyond their authorized roles.
4. Buy and Sell Pi Only Through KYB-Verified Platforms Permitted by the Project
If Pioneers wish to buy or sell Pi, they should use exchange markets that are permitted by the project and have undergone KYB verification.
Do not participate in other exchange markets that have not been recognized or authorized by the project. Their security cannot be guaranteed.
Always verify the legitimacy of the trading platform and exercise caution before conducting transactions. Do not put your assets at unnecessary risk by blindly trusting recommendations from others.
5. Never Disclose Your Wallet Passphrase
Every Pioneer must remember this fundamental rule:
NEVER SHARE YOUR WALLET PASSPHRASE WITH ANYONE!
Whether the person is a GCV Ambassador, group administrator, technical support provider, merchant, or someone claiming to help you, never disclose your wallet passphrase.
Anyone who obtains your passphrase may be able to control your wallet and access your assets. Never send it to another person or enter it into an unverified website or suspicious link.
6. Respect Responsibilities and Do Not Handle Matters Beyond Your Authority
Many technical issues and personal transactions after the Open Network launch are beyond the authority and capabilities of the GCV community to manage directly.
We should not assume responsibilities that we are neither authorized nor equipped to handle, and we should not create unnecessary anxiety over matters outside our control.
The responsibility of the GCV community is to educate Pioneers, promote asset security, and guide everyone toward the appropriate support channels.
Key Principles to Remember
Technical issues: Contact official Pi Network Support.
General operational questions: Consult Chat Room Moderators.
Buying and selling Pi: Use exchange markets permitted by the project and verified through KYB.
Wallet security: Never disclose your wallet passphrase.
GCV Ambassadors: Respect your responsibilities and do not handle sensitive technical operations.
Protecting Pioneers' assets, maintaining the reputation of our community, and respecting the boundaries of our responsibilities are essential principles for every GCV Ambassador and community member.

🇺🇸 American Pioneers: Embrace the Cowboy Spirit and Take Action!
Dear American Pioneers,
I lived in Silicon Valley, California, for 11 years. I drove from eastern Canada to the U.S. West Coast in about seven days, enjoying the journey along the way.
I love America's spirit of freedom—the belief that through hard work and determination, people can pursue their dreams.
The American cowboy represents freedom, courage, independence, and the pioneering spirit. Today, we need that same spirit in the Global GCV Movement!
I have noticed that many American Pioneers regularly rank among the top five people liking my posts. Thank you for following and supporting my work! Now, I hope you will take the next step and actively participate.
Life in America is not easy. Many people face unemployment, rising living costs, and the challenge of affording a decent home.
During my years in the United States, I often saw people in their seventies and eighties still working at Walmart. Seeing this made me realize how important it is to prepare for retirement and our financial future.
We must prepare for the future instead of waiting until financial difficulties arise.
Pi Network gives us an opportunity to explore new possibilities, but technology alone cannot change our lives. We must participate, spread accurate GCV information, and help build real-world utility.
American Pioneers, you can start with something simple: change your mindset, share my educational posts, and help more people understand GCV!
Don't just watch from the sidelines. Embrace the cowboy spirit and take action!
Let's work together to build the Global GCV Movement and pursue our dreams!
