The standard now is - “not as bad as…”
They can have a Governor who funds Islam with their tax dollars…
They can have a Governor who makes endless broken promises to reduce property taxes, and false claims about having reduced them…
They can have a Governor who has increased the per capita tax burden by 63%.
They can have a Governor who declares a disaster at the border so he can continue unchecked spending and reward donors with non-competitive bids (8 companies who donated $2.9M, granted $950M in contracts)…
They can have a Governor who has led Texas to being number 1 in the nation in mosques and data centers, and number 2 in the nation for cases of child trafficking…
They will get angry. Outraged even. But as long as the party makes them believe that “the other side will be worse,” they will continue with their excuses to ignore their Duty to our Constitution. They will “hold their noses” and endorse the record of this Governor with their votes.
Do you know how a “hold your nose” vote is counted?
