Mike Rogers sat on the audit committee of IronNet, a cybersecurity company that crashed from $14 a share to 14 cents and wiped out regular investors. Rogers walked away with $724,887.
While the company was going under, the insiders handed themselves $6.9 million in secured notes so they’d get paid first in bankruptcy. Rogers took one. He reported up to $1 million in capital gains on the stock, and a bankruptcy court still lists him as owed $557,883 that doesn’t show up on his Senate disclosures.

So just understand whenever a mega accuses people whether protesters or people at Democratic rallies has been paid off or non-organic it’s simply because that’s what Republicans do.
