The GRA is not & has never been fit for purpose
It's impossible to have effective safeguarding that protects children & women whilst men can hide their sex & previous names
Passports, DBS & birth certificates + NHS records must record sex

£400K is a lot to pay "without any admission of liability."

Because a certain kind of man believes that not getting everything he wants from women is oppression. This applies both to incels and to the type of trans-identified man who insists that speech, laws and physical spaces should be reconfigured around his self-image.

She was born in Iran and built her life in Afghanistan a woman's rights activist with a voice that frightened the men around her.
So her ex-husband threw acid on her face.
In the hospital, after the surgeries, she sat with her head shaved doctors had taken skin from her scalp to rebuild her face. She was still bandaged, still bleeding, still healing.
But her son was not by her side. He was living with his father. And his father set the condition: if you want to talk to your son, you will do it on a video call so I can see what you've become.
She accepted. She needed to hear her child's voice.
On that call, her ex-husband looked at her destroyed face and smiled. He said: "Look at you. You've become like a monster. You'll never dare go out in public again people will be terrified when they see you. I dare you. I dare you to go out and talk about women's rights."
He thought he had broken her. He thought that face was the end of her.
He was wrong.
Every scar on her face became a sentence in her speech. They took her beauty so she took his fear and turned it into courage. Today she walks in public with her head high, and she speaks about women's rights louder than ever.
He wanted to bury her in shame. Instead, he gave the world a witness.
That is why I invited her to our Freedom gala in Poland to dedicate to her the Medal of Freedom I received. Because she is the symbol of resilience itself: the symbol of every woman whose face was burned but whose voice could not be silenced.
Thank you, Poland for opening your doors, for giving visas to my delegation of women from Iran, Afghanistan, and Cameroon.
We are about to start a global women's rights movement and we will go together, all of us, to the German Parliament very soon.
This time, I invited 10 women. In Berlin, we will invite more dissidents.

Perhaps those who would demolish our sex-class might take a moment, from the comfort of their Western lives, to look at this woman and understand it is a crime unique to *women*. Not non-binaries. Not trans. Not a-genders. WOMEN. How can we fight for sisters such as this woman when the meaning of our sex-class has been destroyed. Why destroy what little we have to protect each other with? Women's rights are for women.

How ludicrous by Baron Cohen... Sex *is* binary
Noone is "non binary"
It's entirely unsurprising that people who find social rules difficult & are drawn to systemising would be more likely to embrace gender ideology
Indulging this nonsense undermines safeguarding and society
In the early 2000s, Simon Baron-Cohen proposed his “extreme male brain” concept of autism. Now, as new studies progress our understanding of autism and diagnoses among women and girls rises, has Baron-Cohen’s perspective changed?

The great Beth Stelzer brought me up to speed on the #SaveWomensSports movement in the #USA 🇺🇸 and here we were at the Supreme Court Rally back in 2019.
Thanks for the reminder @joeybrite1 !! 🌹
Before there was @xx_xyathletics, 7 years ago, Save Women's Sports was launched. Beth Stelzer, an amateur powerlifter, became an accidental activist back in 2019 and took on the job to lead this fight in full force nationwide.
Many women joined with her and the press basicaly refused to acknowledge our collective efforts.
Beth deserves this recognition as she spent thousands of hours driving and flying around the country presenting testimony to politicians mainly on her own dime and with no widespread fanfare.
Anyone who supports the fairness of sport today needs to learn of and show respect for the early sacrifices paid behind the ORIGINAL campaign to Save Women's Sports
@BrandiKruse Thank you for rising up to this fight in 2026

Nah these people are absolutely dangerous. They are whipped into a hysteria about trans genocide & it's not a far leap for them to be violent. Trans activism has been linked to a lot of violence & they shouldn't be underestimated.

A mum's post about her son being taught he could be "born in the wrong body" has reached 30,000 people this weekend.
Here in the UK we have the same problem both sides of the border.
Teach children how to think, not indoctrinate them with Queer theory.
Excellent work here from @ScotUnionEd.

“We never agreed with NHSE that children should be treated differently to adults …” so we blocked their puberty …
They should be treated differently legally and ethically, because of CONSENT.
This is a very large difference. Children can’t consent to off licence medicine, nor to the loss of sexual function as an adult, as they have never experienced it; the same with fertility. A child can’t imagine wanting to have a child. That longing comes much later, with maturity.

There is no reputable evidence demonstrating that a child can consent in any meaningful way to puberty blockers.
There are, however, decades of child development evidence showing that children cannot meaningfully consent.

Having spent years safeguarding chn, EVERYONE, has a moral duty to report suspected child abuse. No matter how minor an incident you think it is, report it, because if you don’t report it then CP won’t know about it to stop it. It’s ALWAYS about protecting chn, NEVER the adult.

It’s great for you that as a gay man you don’t feel under threat. Try being a lesbian and using a ‘lesbian’ dating app or going to a ‘lesbian’ bar that’s full of weird, unpleasant straight men insisting they are lesbians too.

Imagine the NHS arguing that you can learn how to drug children “informally through self-study”🙃
Makes you wonder what those 7 yr medical degrees are for. Be cheaper to bung a few e-learning modules on the Digital College 🤷♀️
NHS England accepted that Dr Sam Hall had "no formal training in gender-identity medicine" but argued that he'd "acquired expertise informally through self-study, experience" and "from talking with other gender specialists."
This is what NHSE "accepts" for the treatment of vulnerable children. These children weren't being treated for colds.
They were being given life-changing blockers and hormones for feelings that hadn't been explored.
Cass is right. This goes much deeper than just one clinic. Full independent inquiry is needed now.
Excellent reporting as always from @hannahsbee.

An honourable woman. "Despite all that has happened, Redvers, who remains a practising GP in Sussex, said she would still raise concerns if she had her time again. “I would have to, because I’m obliged to. I’m a doctor.”
🚨Hilary Cass has called for an independent inquiry into how Brighton GPs were allowed to prescribe cross-sex hormones to children as young as 12.“There urgently needs to be an investigation of why every system that should have protected children, young people, and indeed young adults has failed,” she told me.
The employment tribunal between Dr Sarah Redvers and NHS Sussex has highlighted how regulators and the NHS collectively failed to stop prescribing of puberty blockers and hormones against national guidelines - for years - and how instead the person raising concerns was accused of transphobia and herself investigated.
Dr Redvers sat down with me for her only newspaper interview about her treatment in a scandal which, Cass now says, “dwarfs” that of the Tavistock’s GIDS.
