THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE… America’s emergency oil reserve just fell to 283 MILLION barrels, its lowest level since 1982. Another 767,000 barrels were drawn down last week. It held roughly 415 million barrels in March. Almost a THIRD of that stockpile has been used in just over six months.
