Talarico is a liar. So, Talarico's closing ad features Crystal Mason. A career CRIMINAL. Her rap sheet: Arson in 1995. Forgery in 1998. Tampering with government records to defraud in 2011. Then 2012, conspiracy to defraud the US government. Filed fake tax returns for businesses that didn't exist. 4.2 million in restitution. But sure James, tell us more about how Ken Paxton "cracked down" on her. Except Paxton WASN’T even involved in her case. And she got convicted of illegal voting in 2018, way before anything Paxton did. This is who the Dems put in their closing ad. A serial fraudster. Desperate much, Jimmy?

NEW: Multiple federal law enforcement sources tell @FoxNews that the man who was shot and killed by an off-duty FBI agent in Chicago last night was a Venezuelan illegal alien who was seen shooting into a homeless encampment. Per sources, the FBI agent was driving alone when he saw 27-year-old OSCAR D. CORRALES shooting at people in the encampment, and the agent stopped and shot CORRALES, killing him.
Fox is told CORRALES was previously caught and released at the southern border by the Biden administration in October 2023, and he has a previous arrest in California in which he was released from custody with an ICE detainer ignored.

Stunning admission by California during yesterday’s Ninth Circuit hearing.
California admitted they do nothing to check the citizenship status of voters and will count the illegal ballots of noncitizens who vote. This is why we’re seeking an emergency order. We cannot allow California to dilute legal votes in the upcoming election.
Judge: You agree that if a non-citizen votes and we don’t stop it now, that vote will be counted, correct?
California: That’s absolutely correct.

Misleading. Image text is from a Dutch group (Artsen Collectief), not a Swedish source. Sweden’s regions chose Sanofi’s Nuvaxovid as sole supplier for the 2027/2028 campaign only.
There has been no mRNA ban; Public Health Agency says 2026/2027 mainly uses mRNA Comirnaty.

Today is apparently "Intersex Awareness Day," and a writer at the Trevor Project chose to honor people with developmental conditions by...lying about the nature and prevalence of their conditions for political gain.
The article just regurgitates the same tired arguments that have been thoroughly debunked many times, such as that "sex" refers to a collection of traits, that so-called "intersex" conditions are "as common as red hair" (1-2%), and that people with these conditions are not classifiable as male or female.
Lying to people about the nature and prevalence of their developmental condition does not help or support them. It exploits them.
I'm not going to write a formal response, because I've already debunked these arguments countless times. So I'll just leave you with a link to my most recent scholarly article on the topic: "Why There Are Exactly Two Sexes."

I know what a detainer is, and I know what it isn’t. So one detail in the House Judiciary Committee’s new report on Fairfax County, Virginia, stopped me cold.
A detainer is not a raid. It is a request. ICE tells a jail it has probable cause that someone in custody is removable. It asks for notice before release, or a hold of up to 48 hours, so officers can take the person into custody inside a secure facility instead of looking for him on a street.
Fairfax Sheriff Stacey Kincaid’s policy bars deputies from holding anyone on a detainer and demands a judicial warrant.
Deportation is a civil process. A state criminal judge does not issue civil removal warrants. Whatever the intent, that is a condition almost nobody can meet.
Argue about holds A phone call is different. Telling ICE a release date seizes no one, holds no one and keeps nobody in a cell one minute past thier release time.
There is no Fourth Amendment question in handing a federal agency information the jail already has. According to the committee, the sheriff’s office confirmed to staff that it does not give ICE that notice, even though the report says Virginia law authorizes cooperation with detainers.
The county isn’t just declining to hold a man. It is declining to talk to the federal government.
The numbers are not small. The sheriff’s office gave the committee figures showing it declined at least 1,670 ICE detainers from 2023 through 2025. ICE data given to the committee shows sanctuary jurisdictions nationwide declined at least 41,085 between October 2022 and early 202The committee says the real count is likely higher, because ICE often learns a detainer was ignored only when it runs into the person again.
Then there are the names. In October 2025, a Guatemalan national was arrested on child pornography charges. The sheriff’s office released him four days after ICE lodged a detainer.
In December 2025, Marvin Morales-Ortez of El Salvador was released from the Fairfax jail after the prosecutor’s office dropped the charges against him. Former Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares told House members ICE had an active detainer on him.
The next day he was charged with murder in Reston. The sheriff told the committee she has no say in prosecutions and blamed the dismissal. Fine. Then notification was the last safeguard left, and her office doesn’t do it. Had it been the practice, ICE would have known the hour he was walking out.
The sheriff wrote that the system must work as a whole. She is right. ICE is part of that system, and her office has shut ICE out of it.
Twenty years ago, a sheriff who told ICE he wouldn’t even pick up the phone would have been rolled over in a week. Now it’s called policy. Virginia’s leaders should change it, and Congress should make notification a condition of federal law enforcement money.
@fairfaxsheriff Do better for the citizens of Fairfax County

Look at the two pictures below. The first is me at about two years old. The second is Ilene at the same age.
Look at my picture. I’m not dressed in a girly way at all — pants, a sweater, short hair. I loved playing with dolls, but I was also very active, much more active than most girls. I was friends mostly with boys, climbed trees, and ran around in shorts and a T-shirt.
If I had been born in the United States, in a blue state, in today’s world, I wonder what labels people might have put on me and where that might have led.
But I was born in the Soviet Union, where there were only two genders. I grew up, got married, had children, and lived my life. I never questioned my identity.
Now look at Ilene. At that age, her favorite color was pink. She loved dolls and stuffed animals, loved wearing skirts, and hated shorts and pants. She never questioned her identity until high school. Never.
But once that idea took root, her life changed. She became depressed and isolated from her family. Today, she is gone.
And I keep asking myself: If Ilene had been born in Azerbaijan, would her life have turned out differently?
For some reason I think she might have grown up much like the little girl in the first picture — me.

🚨 BOMBSHELL: James Talarico’s Texas House record just got shredded by the numbers.
When Republicans and Democrats split, Talarico sided with Democrats 96.8% of the time. That puts him in the TOP 7% most extreme left wing of the Texas House.
In 2021, he voted with Republicans about as often as Jasmine Crockett did. Almost never.
This is the same guy who said “God is non-binary” and talked about dismantling capitalism, white supremacy, and climate change as oppressive systems.
Now he suddenly plays moderate against Ken Paxton.
Texas, he did not change. He just wants your vote.
James Talarico is a radical extremist.
I crunched the numbers on his voting record.
I show it.
Whenever there was a disagreement between Republicans and Democrats in the Texas House during Talarico's time as a Texas Representative from 2019 to 2025, Talarico sided with Democrats 96.8% of the time.
He sided with Republicans less often than 194 of 210 House members.
Only 15 of 82 Democrats were more extreme.
This puts his voting record in the top 7% most extreme left-wing among Texas House Representatives.
In 2026, being an extreme Democrat is really cuckoo.
For comparison, in 2021, the unhinged Jasmine Crockett was in the Texas House with Talarico.
During that year, Crockett voted with Republicans 2.34% of the time. Talarico voted with them 2.38% of the time.
Talarico's numbers were virtually the same as Jasmine Crockett's.
Talarico has claimed that "God is non-binary" and that his goal is to "dismantle" "capitalism, white supremacy, and climate change".
Now we can say with confidence that his voting record tells the same story as his words did -- until he recently suddenly changed his tune.
Talarico's "views" started miraculously "changing" in the past few months.
They became, as he says, "moderate", when he started campaigning against Ken Paxton for the U.S. Senate seat.
What a coincidence.
Talarico is lying.
Talarico is a loony hiding his real views.
He knows that voters would never elect him if he told them truth.
So he doesn't.
