A Muslim man in Pakistan married his own daughter and got her pregnant.
He said proudly,

Kirk Loco has been cleared of any wrongdoing in his "fake news" tweet case. Last week during his trial, his barrister, Laoise de Brun, took apart the story of the immigrant Loco tweeted about. The immigrant had been accused of exposing himself to a young girl on a bus and Loco tweeted about the incident. de Brun's cross examination of the immigrant was devastating.
The acquittal today is the correct decision but it raises serious questions about the behaviour of the gardaí and the state in bringing this case forward. Loco's life has been turned upside down over the past two years with 10 separate court appearances.
Also, it raises serious questions about the gardaí's handling of the initial case. How was it that the immigrant in question was never charged but Loco was? How is the young girl who was the victim of the incident meant to move on?
This was an obvious example of state intimidation against Loco and any online immigration critics. Heads should roll and hopefully @griptmedia and @RebelNewsOnline will continue to demand justice for Kirk and the girl who was the victim of the initial incident.

There are media who publish the truth about corruption and understand the gravity of the extension of the vote and corresponding suspension of the vote count ordered by a non-competent authority in Brasil with close personal links to one of the candidates.
But sadly, most of the media do not seem to care. That's why we need non-legacy media to tell the truth.
I will list below the facts that are indisputable and very easy to corroborate. Mainstream media, for the most part, pay little attention to these facts, or report them without realising that they are hugely significant for the conduct of the election and put its legitimacy in question:
1) A (Brazilian) STF (supreme court) justice, at 5:01 p.m., extends a vote by two hours when the counting had already begun, a procedure that was totally unprecedented and not contemplated by electoral rules. This created major "difficulties" for the whole electoral process, as the president of the superior electoral court acknowledged.
2) Those two hours opened up a potential vulnerability in the counting process, since the count was suspended for 2 hours.
3) This extraordinary and unprecedented intervention was undertaken by a justice who bypassed the competent electoral authority on the matter: the electoral court.
4) The justice in question was none other than Lula's personal lawyer who had defended him against corruption charges.
5) Just hours after proclaiming Lula the winner, another justice of the same court, Justice de Moraes, stripped Flávio Bolsonaro of his passport.
6) Lula's party is publicly threatening to imprison Bolsonaro supporters and allies.
Now, ask yourself: if all those points listed above had been moves by Bolsonaro against Lula, how do you think the Brazilian and international press would have responded?

After more than two years of a prosecution process, a dozen court appearances, Gardai from Wicklow Town garda station at his house at 6.30am in the morning, seizure of his devices, Kirk Loco is today cleared of charges under Coco's Law (originally intended to combat revenge porn and online bullying).
Kirk had published the Tweet below (we have redacted the photo and replaced with a text description partly because of a 2015 law which bans the identification of asylum seekers).
Two women and a 14-year old girl had reported what they saw as inappropriate or illegal behaviour by a Palestinian asylum seeker on a bus. Kirk circulated the photo taken by the girl and a message he received from the girl's sister. The girl's mother told the court last week under oath that her daughter was visibly upset and distressed when she returned home.
The Palestinian was never arrested. Gardai say the CCTV on the bus didn't show evidence of genitals exposure or masturbation. Neither woman witness was produced. The then 14-year old girl and her mother gave evidence last week.
Kirk says he circulated the photo and message to warn and protect other women and girls.
Kirk Loco is today an innocent & acquitted man after an onerous prosecution. He was defended by barrister Laoise de Brun and solicitor Padraig Langsch. Stand to be corrected, but believe @RebelNewsOnline and @ezralevant substantially helped with the funding; also, Ezra flew to Ireland last week for coverage of this and another trial in Wexford.

Thanks to Rebel News (Ezra Levant), Gript, Journal and Coimisiun na Mean-funded Independent, we actually have coverage of the Kirk Loco trial, before a judge only (no jury) at the Bray District Court for publishing a Tweet in 2024, the justification and accuracy of which is contested. The trial is continuing and will resume next Thurs 29 October. Whilst the potential for contempt & prejudicing the trial is limited by it being heard before a judge only, you still need to be careful with commentary.
Kirk is a prominent activist who is hostile to the State's asylum policy. He published this Tweet below about a Palestinian asylum seeker (we have redacted the photo entirely and replaced it with text, because under a 2015 law, the Palestinian can't legally be identified; there are defamation and other issues as well; Trudder House had around 160 residents and was closed in 2024 and the site is being transferred to the HSE).
There are five people in the episode on the bus which is the subject of the Tweet in this trial. Girl Y (14-year old), Young Woman X (who got off the bus and told the driver about the Palestinian), Woman Y (who sat with Girl Y for her protection from the Palestinian), Bus Driver and the Palestinian himself.
Girl Y told the court yesterday that Woman Y told her on the bus that the Palestinian had exposed himself and was "touching himself". Girl Y said she saw the Palestinian's belt appeared undone and she could see pubic hair. She said the man looked disorderly and intoxicated.
Woman X reported the Palestinian to the bus driver and said the Palestinian had moved seats and sat beside her, his pants were "quite low" and he touched her leg as he was plugging in a phone for recharging.
Bus driver stopped the bus when told this and went upstairs to investigate, Palestinian was apparently asleep.
Palestinian says he took painkillers after a tooth filling, denies masturbation and exposing himself. Neither Woman X nor Woman Y have appeared as witnesses.
The mother of Girl Y told the court yesterday her daughter was later shaken and visibly upset by what had happened. CCTV does not show the man masturbating or exposing himself.Gardai haven't arrested the Palestinian.
Kirk has had nearly a dozen court appearances. He denies publishing a threatening or grossly offensive communication about an individual with intent to cause harm. He says he wanted to warn women and girls about the man. He is charged under a law which has mostly been applied to the distribution of intimate images, and was originally hailed as a law to combat online bullying.
Trial continues next Thursday. One to watch.
