LAWFARE: How Gardaí Shamelessly Used A Young Person Centred Law To Protect a Migrant Who Appeared To Be Creeping On A Child By Susanne Delaney This is a story about the lengths the establishment (and their pressstitutes) will go to in the pursuit of revenge, silencing, intimidation and protecting the immigration narrative. As the time of writing radical leftist "journalists" are currently going into meltdown. They have printed relentless stories about this case, due to being wholly confident the accused would be found guilty. Today they were proven wrong. Now the story does not seem so pressing. Nor will they highlight that Gardaí and the DPP appear to have appropriated a law [that was created in part to protect young people from being victims of revenge porn] to protect a male whose actions and intentions toward a young teenage girl were deeply troubling at best. Coco’s Law can be applied, regardless of age, (officially called the Harassment, Harmful Communications and Related Offences Act 2020) to protect victims of severe online harassment, bullying, and the non-consensual sharing of intimate images. The law is named after Nicole "Coco" Fox who died by suicide at the age of 21 after three years of relentless cyberbullying harassment. Her mother, Jackie Fox, campaigned tirelessly for changes to the law. Conviction can lead to between 12 and 7 years in prison. The intimate images must be distributed with intent to cause harm. Today the state could8 not prove their case in this regard. Context matters - @kirkloco and other residents of the small town of Newtownmountkennedy experienced police brutality that was highlighted by JimO, they leveled charges against him for posting an image of a "sleeping" (he was faking) "asylum seeker" on a bus. He has his boxers and trousers riding low. Loco was arrested AFTER the clear brutality and was charged under Coco's Law. Surely the application of the law in this way is an insult to Coco and her mother, and real victims. Especially when you consider a young teenage girl had accused the migrant of acting in an untoward manner. I guess real world intimidation (as opposed to online harassment) is no biggie? Residents of Loco's town had objected to a large number of unvetted males being placed in their midst. Gardaí acted like state security, bulldozing residents with pepper spray and the like, in their bid to protect mostly illegal migrants over the natives they swore to police with consent (and who pay their wages). They could not afford to have Loco prove these men ARE a risk and so he became a target. The victims in this case were the child and the man who chose to warn the public that a migrant chose to get on the bus and sit next to a girl who was alone, despite many free and available seats on the same bus. Pants riding low and appearing to engage in behavior that caused fear and alarm. It is a long story but suffice to say a number of people became involved and then the migrant pretended to be asleep to avoid being confronted. He would later say he was under the influence of painkillers after a dental procedure (tax payer funded no doubt, just like the "investigation" and court debacle), but he neglected somehow to add this detail to his statement. Only adding it during cross examination by @laoisedebrun. He was not a credible witness and the child's court testimony underscored it. He came off as the creep that he is. Gardaí and the DPP overlooked it because they wanted to. To silence someone who exposed Gardaí and anyone else who might have notions of objecting to the deplorable agenda being inflicted upon us. I've lost track of the amount of times I have been abused, harassed and gang stalked with inflammatory lies. My partner has experienced same (but with physical assaults too).
