Where’s the outrage from politicians about this? If this couple were Jewish Americans there would be full outrage and reparations. 🧐
🚨 BREAKING: A Black couple showed up to tour an apartment in Queens... and the broker accidentally texted THEM instead of the owner: "Ugh. They are Black."
They'd just moved from Delaware for her new job. Now they're SUING Douglas Elliman, the agent AND the owners.
"It doesn't change the pain. It doesn't take away the pain you caused us that day."
Think about it. They were judged before they even had a chance.
They only found out because she texted the wrong person. Most people never do.

Barack Obama is trying to present himself as morally concerned about Palestinian suffering while avoiding responsibility for his own presidential record!
Obama should be judged not only by what he says about injustice now, but also by what he did—or failed to do—when he had the power to influence events! #TruthJusticeLove @kbla1580 @tavissmiley

I think it’s uncontroversial that a presidential candidate is more responsible for her loss than one DC voter.

It’s nice isn’t it? It’s never ever Brie’s responsibility!! Always Kamala’s fault

Once again, Clinton type Democrats are basically Republicans.
James Carville says he'd rather have Republicans keep control of the House than Democrats winning the chamber by 5 seats.
"I would rather the Republicans keep the House by five than the Democrats win by five, because if that happens, they’re hostage to the DSA. Like, Hakeem cannot move. There’s no place for him to go."

Reparations is a debt owed. It’s not just slavery, it’s also Jim Crow. Reparations seems to only be a problem when it’s for Black Americans. Piers Morgan doesn’t reject reparations for Jewish ppl! 👀

Lincoln was a third party candidate who emerged bc neither major party would take up abolitionism. If she had her way, my people would still be enslaved, & she wouldn't be in this country bc there would've been no Black civil rights struggle to overturn racist immigration policy.

There are many reasons why Kamala Harris lost & I hate that Coates keeps pointing only to Gaza.
After Trump questioned her Blackness at the NABJ, Harris had an opportunity to address not only her identity, but the Black agenda we’d been demanding. Instead she went silent.
At a point where even Republicans were done with the Republican establishment, she campaigned with Liz Cheney.
Harris just wasn’t the candidate Democrats needed in 2024 & she isn’t the candidate it needs now. She built herself for a Democratic Party that many now view as outdated, compromised, unresponsive & corrupt. Move on already.
Should Kamala Harris have spoken out on Gaza? “I think how she lost actually mattered,” says Ta-Nehisi Coates.

A Ugandan or Congolese person shouldn’t get a permission slip to use the N-word either.
The N-word is specific to American Descendants of chattel slavery. It is overwhelmingly rooted in our specific American experience.
It was used as a racial slur through American slavery, Reconstruction, Jim Crow, lynching, segregation, and the racial caste system imposed on the descendants of U.S. slavery.
This is not about Blackness. This is about lineage. I’m not giving the Diaspora a pass. Let them use a word originating in their home country & culture.

Finally, a statement I can get behind. Fat Joe, this one's for you

Am I crazy or am I still seeing no comment on this from the squad, the congressional Black Congress, the DNC, or basically anyone of political prominence other than Marjorie Taylor Greene?

The Congressional Black Caucus couldn’t be bothered to show up for Black people because they’re too busy pleasing their Zionist masters, but thank God for good people like this who actually care.

Too many people start podcasting out of deep insecurity & a desire to be seen/accepted.
It’s “omg these people really f—k with me & I got judged for ordering a Shirley Temple teeheehee” 🤦🏽♀️

Mamdani, currently the most prominent public figure of the Democratic Socialists of America, continues to support genocidal Hakeem Jeffries for Speaker of the House if the Democrats win a majority.
Mamdani maintains this position even though Jeffries has been further exposed recently over a private meeting with Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner to see "how Democrats and the [Trump] administration could work together."
The Democratic Party simply offers NO WAY FORWARD for our movements to win victories for working people, defeat Trump and the right wing, and end the genocide and occupation. The DSA leadership's project of trying to launder the Democratic Party's reputation and build up their own track record of betrayals is a total dead end.
We need a new party of, by, and for the working class - one that will build fighting movements against the billionaires and to bring down BOTH of their parties.
Mamdani moments ago just once again backed Hakeem Jeffries for Speaker:
“I continue to support Jeffries and his bid to become the leader.”
AOC also supports Jeffries. How can anyone believe in the project to reform the Democratic Party when the people who run on reforming it back corrupt corporate politicians for leadership?

This is a perfect example of how we have protected everyone who would not do the same for us🤷🏾♀️but it is also a testament to our resilience. Black babies, what you all did was amazingly kind; but keep yourselves safe young kings and queens, we need you all alive ✔️💯
