My Dad used to tell me in my formative years that, “The cream will always rise to the top”. I got the analogy, but now at age 50, I fully understand it. Take @NorthwestBio a small biotech company that created a scientific breakthrough in personalized immunotherapy. They didn’t create this lifesaving treatment for political reasons, they did it for the patients. Dr. Linda Liau’s mother passed away from a cancer that spread to her brain. The C.E.O Linda Powers (correct me if I’m wrong) father passed away from a Glioblastoma. What I’m saying is they made the DCVax out of compassion not vindication. Passion over power. That is why no matter how much money 💰 you spend to try & suppress it, it never goes away. Just like the late great Les Goldman said when you’ve got the recipe for @CocaCola you want to hold on to it. Sorry big pharma you’re not gonna shelf this juggernaut. It’s beyond comprehension that human beings would let this breakthrough go unapproved. Yet here we are… Not approved; first by our own @FDA after three successful trials. Then the @MHRAgovuk hasn’t approved it after roughly 3 years since submission. Despite building infrastructure to produce the PERSONALIZED VACCINE 💉 in mass. Why do people value money 💵 more than life, you can’t hug money. Again, if you’re aiding anyone that’s responsible in this effort to destroy NWBO & the DCVax, you are still complicit in the deaths of countless innocents. You just don’t know it yet. @kshaughnessy2 @LisainNJUSA @HollensbeAmanda @ElvirPons @TheLastWord @LastWeekTonight @DCVaxDefender @ablidy @DontheConDrumpf @stephmase22 @Clairotonin @andrewcaravello @rjmsoflo @EatYerShorts @TomBaxers @maddenifico @RepThomasMassie @BernieSanders @SenSanders @mcuban

🇺🇸❤️ BIG NEWS & A LITTLE EXTRA HOPE! 🙏 We’re headed back to London for Braelyn’s next DCVax treatment, but this trip feels different! This past week, I had the incredible opportunity to speak personally with @DrOz! He’s been discussing Braelyn’s case with the FDA, and we’re exploring possible pathways to bring her ongoing DCVax treatments HOME to America! Could Braelyn’s next treatment in MARCH actually happen right here in the USA?! 🇺🇸 Nothing is finalized, but some very important doors may be opening! Please watch, share, and keep praying! ❤️🙏 #DCvaxForBraelyn #BraelynsFight @DrOzCMS

$NWBO @POTUS has been made aware of Braelyn’s situation through @greta. She also launched a GoFundMe campaign to help @HollensbeAmanda cover travel expenses to the United Kingdom, enabling @HollensbeBrae to receive treatment. @peterjkostis also played a pivotal role by raising public awareness through his large following on X. It would be wonderful to see @elonmusk support this promising advancement in the fight against cancer. It is unacceptable that an innovation developed in the 🇺🇸 should force patients with unmet medical needs to travel abroad to access treatment.

These two pictures were taken 3 weeks and 3 days apart. The image on the left was taken the day before Braelyn received DCVax #3. It’s a microscopic image of Braelyn’s own dendritic cells loaded with her tumor lysate. In other words… this is the process by which her immune system is being taught to recognize her cancer. To most people, it probably looks like a boring image on a computer screen. To us, it’s hope. It represents months of surgeries, shipping tumor tissue across continents, leukapheresis, manufacturing, quality control, and the dedication of an extraordinary team of scientists—all culminating in these tiny immune cells being prepared to help Braelyn’s immune system recognize the unique targets in her tumor. I said when I first saw this image that this masterpiece deserved to be matted, framed and given a place of honor on our wall at home. Because to our family, this isn’t just science. It’s art. It’s hope. It’s Braelyn’s own immune system being given information about the enemy it needs to find. And then there’s the other picture. Three weeks and two days after Braelyn received DCVax #3, that MRI was taken. The radiologist’s conclusion: “No evidence of disease recurrence.” Her UCLA neurosurgical team and tumor board subsequently reviewed the images themselves and told us they could see no tumor tissue—including the residual tumor that had been left behind at surgery. The first picture is hope under a microscope. The second one is the image we prayed for. We know this journey isn’t over. Braelyn will continue her DCVax treatments, and we’ll continue taking things one scan, one treatment and one day at a time. But these two pictures? I think I may need to frame them together. ❤️ #DCvaxForBraelyn $NWBO @AdventBio

🚨 TODAY, I submitted my public comment to the FDA regarding its proposed Rare Disease Framework. As the mother of a 19-year-old fighting an aggressive, deadly brain cancer, I have one urgent message: Patients don’t just need faster drug approvals. They need ACCESS to promising treatments while they’re still alive to benefit from them. My comment shares Braelyn’s extraordinary journey, the clinical evidence and long-term survivors associated with DCVax-L, and the enormous barriers American families face trying to access investigational treatments. I also outline Braelyn’s Bill, built around four fundamental patient rights: ❤️ The Right to Know ❤️ The Right to Preserve ❤️ The Right to Choose ❤️ The Right to Access My most urgent request is Braelyn’s Rule: Patients facing life-threatening diseases should be able to access investigational treatments through their physicians, with informed consent and manufacturer participation, without unnecessary regulatory obstacles. We should not have to fly across an ocean to access a promising cancer treatment developed right here in America. The FDA’s new framework must measure success not just by how quickly treatments are evaluated, but by whether patients can actually access them while there’s still time. I’m sharing my full four-page public comment because this fight is about far more than my daughter. It’s about every family who deserves the opportunity to fight for their loved one’s life. Please read and share. ❤️🙏 #BraelynsBill #DCVaxForBraelyn #RareDiseases

$NWBO #DCVax #DCVaxForBraelyn #RareCancer #RareDisease #PatientAdvocacy #PatientAccess #CancerVaccines #Immunotherapy #DendriticCells #CancerResearch @FDA 🧬 𝗔 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 Amanda has put her family's experience before the FDA. Every rare-cancer community deserves the same chance to be heard. A diagnosis should help organize care. It should never make a patient disappear from the conversation. FDA is inviting patients, caregivers and advocates to shape its 𝗥𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 now. The comment period closes December 11, 2026. Operable or inoperable. Adult or childhood cancer. A named subtype or a diagnosis still being worked out. Every rare-solid-cancer community belongs in this conversation. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. “Dendritic cells do bioinformatics for a living.” Dr. Pawel Kalinski DCVax-L loads a patient's dendritic cells with collected cancer material outside the body. DCVax-Direct places prepared dendritic cells into a safely injectable cancerous lesion to encounter that information inside the patient. That is the tissue-agnostic argument: the patient's own cancer supplies the starting information. It does not require patients to share a mutation, a marker or an organ. Dendritic cells process that material, present it and deliver the signals that tell other immune cells how to respond. When a cancer supplies a weak antigenic signal, the quality of presentation and instruction matters even more. Effective recognition combines cancer information with the signals that distinguish danger from healthy tissue. CD4 helper cells license dendritic cells, including the body's own cDC1 presenters, to strengthen killer-T-cell responses. Cancer killing releases further material for presentation. Recognition can widen beyond its starting targets, and memory can carry the lesson forward. The task is to keep recognizing a cancer that changes under treatment while protecting the person. For families, durability means more birthdays and more ordinary mornings together. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. The full article carries each finding with the product and population it came from. • DCVax-L's published survival findings in glioblastoma, reported against external controls. • The 2026 propensity-score matching and weighting analyses, which re-examine that same treated cohort. • The independent INSIGhT external-control benchmark, tested against a known randomized answer. • The UCLA vaccination-before-checkpoint sequencing report, a different regimen and study, with delayed checkpoint treatment added by amendment. • DCVax-Direct's phase 1 safety and biological findings in 39 evaluable adults. The article connects these findings to low-antigenicity signaling, the CD4 and cDC1 licensing loop, and immune memory. Its safety account stays tied to the product, dose, population and delivery route studied. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗗𝗔 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 Use DCVax-L and DCVax-Direct as a public example connecting three practical plans: • Evidence: identify what already counts, what transfers and what each proposed use must establish. • Tissue and manufacturing: preserve suitable cancer material and make responsibility clear before surgery closes that opportunity. • Continuing care: connect a qualified treatment site with supply, travel and coverage so a patient can begin and continue treatment. Measure an instructing cell by what it does. Antigen uptake, presentation and the signals that travel with them are the therapeutic work, and a framework that measures only cell identity will not see it. Name a coordinating office. Publish a workplan within 90 days after the comment period closes. Include patients before the important requirements are fixed. Mechanistic reasoning, suitable real-world evidence, external controls and prespecified Bayesian methods belong in one coherent evidence plan. Shared manufacturing knowledge should travel across diseases. A small rare-cancer community should not have to rebuild the same foundation from the beginning. I submitted the proposal on October 29. FDA's Rare Disease Innovation Hub confirmed receipt and said it would be routed to the appropriate centers. These are the actions I asked FDA to take. This comment period gives every family a chance to put its own needs into the same policy process. 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱. Name your connection to the cancer, one obstacle, the outcome that matters and the change you want FDA to make. An unsettled diagnosis can still be described in your own words. “I am a [patient, parent, caregiver or advocate] affected by [cancer]. Our obstacle is [problem]. The outcome that matters is [outcome]. I ask FDA to include DCVax-L and DCVax-Direct in a public Framework example connecting evidence, cancer-tissue handling, manufacturing and continued access to care. Include our community before key requirements are fixed. This comment addresses FDA topic areas 1, 2, 3 and 4.” FDA asks commenters to name the relevant topics in the comment text: 1 attainable evidence, 2 consistent requirements, 3 patient and expert engagement, 4 manufacturing and product quality. They are separate from the category dropdown. For a personal submission, choose “Individual Consumer” under “What is your comment about?”, then “An Individual”. Enter your own first and last name. A parent or legal guardian writes about their child's cancer in their own name. The comment box accepts 5,000 characters. Each optional attachment must be 10 MB or smaller. Complete verification, select “Submit Comment” and save the receipt. Attaching a file alone does not submit it. FDA form: regulations.gov/commenton/FD… 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝟭𝟭:𝟱𝟵 𝗽.𝗺. Before a collapse, nothing looks wrong. The numbers are printing records, the money is flowing, and the people warning about it are laughed out of the room. Last time it was housing. Today it's AI. The fire doesn't start when the rally ends. It starts inside the climb. Here's how it happens.

What a heartbreaking week it has been. Sir Patrick Stewart was a friend, a colleague, and a magnificent actor. From the stage to the bridge of the Enterprise, he brought intelligence, grace, and a deep sense of humanity to everything he did. Captain Picard stood for the best of us, and so did the man who played him. I was filled with affection and admiration for him and his work. My heart goes out to Sunny and his family. He will be deeply missed.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of attending the FDA’s Rare Disease Framework Initiative public meeting. I had brain surgery for recurrent Glioblastoma (GBM) just a few weeks ago, but I flew to Maryland for this meeting because this new framework has the potential to change the future of GBM. I’ve fought this disease for 4.5 years, using every tool available. But my best chance now, at recurrence, is a treatment that is currently only accessible in the UK, a personalized cancer vaccine called DCVaxL. I made sure to freeze my tumor tissue specifically so I could have a chance at getting this vaccine. I should find out within the next week or two whether my tissue sample is adequate for vaccine manufacturing. More details to come. @HollensbeAmanda @LoriMills4CA42 @andrewcaravello @intrstedobservr

SIR PATRICK STEWART (1940-2026) Before everything else, Patrick was defined by being born and bred in Yorkshire, the proud county in the north of England which he loved to the end. You could hear it in his accented voice and in the stern honesty with which he told you what he thought and felt. Yorkshiremen have no truck with half-truths or avoidance of big issues. He wore his heart on his sleeve, which made him a man to rely on, to admire and in my case, love. We first met as ambitious young actors with the Royal Shakespeare Company half a century ago but we weren’t in the same productions. My first strong memory was a few years later, meeting him in the street in central London when he told me about an offer to take over a leading part in 'Star Trek'. “But Patrick think of your stage career in the UK. Do you really want to risk—getting lost in Hollywood for years and years?”. Well, he took the risk and thank goodness for us all that he did for not just his devoted Trekkies but film and theatre audiences, who marvelled at his using international celebrity to star in a string of cinema successes ('X-Men' of course) and in great classical plays by Shakespeare, Ibsen, Arthur Miller, Peter Shaffer, Pinter and Beckett at Stratford-upon-Avon, in London’s West End and on Broadway. America was his adopted home, where he met his adored Sunny who has cared for him through sickness and health, through thick and thin. But he never forsook his origins: and the proudest achievement of the most respected and beloved actor of his generation on either side of the Atlantic, was his appointment as Chancellor of Huddersfield University in Yorkshire. His farewell performance in 'Avengers: Doomsday' is yet to be seen. Ian McKellen 29 October 2026 Photo: University of Huddersfield

Anyone claiming $NWBO trading volume proves "leaks" from the UK Commission on Human Medicines (CHM) fundamentally does not understand regulatory governance. The CHM operates under strict statutory confidentiality. Drug sponsors do not attend internal committee reviews, do not get advance agendas, and have zero visibility into internal deliberations. Suggesting that Crown-appointed advisory committees are leaking confidential deliberations is absurd. It casually alleges criminal corruption inside UK regulatory bodies based on nothing more than normal trading churn, which these actual posters could be involved in generating. Squinting at OTC candlestick noise around known public calendar dates to invent conspiracy theories isn't analysis rather it's engagement-farming and market manipulation designed to panic retail shareholders. If an account is selling you fairy tales about confidential UK regulatory leaks to explain standard market-maker and blatantly obvious day-trader activity then put them on block. They are generating noise for their own profit at your expense.

CoreWeave raised $18 billion in debt in Q2 2026 alone. They are spending roughly 35 times their annual operating income on new hardware while their annualized interest expense is tracking toward $3.6 billion against just $1 billion in adjusted operating income. I modeled three scenarios and they all involve massive pain for $CRWV equity holders. Why? Deploying off-the-shelf gear financed with 15% debt yields is not building an infrastructure moat. Rather that's a negative-carry trap where adding new clusters simply accelerates the implosion of your business. Keeping older GPUs online then running longer deprecation schedules does not fix the problem. For any fund, enterprise, or research lab relying on neocloud capacity, the counterparty risk with CoreWeave isn't acceptable. Either DIY (call me) or find another landlord! research.quackmaster.io/p/co…

Fantasy and reality for $CRWV equity investors which @JensenHuang and $NVDA want you to ignore. Your shares only have value if you 100% ignore cost of actually running old GPUs and if interest rates go back to free-money levels. Enjoy your Thursday ☕️ ! research.quackmaster.io/p/co…

The direction for $CRWV $NVDA 📉📉📉. Old GPUs are useless for frontier inference and training. Being able to run CUDA != economically viable to do so. For enterprise IT organizations it has been standard to replace gear every 3 to 5 years. Why? Old GPUs like the V-100 and A-100 do not have value 8 years after production as this $60M used A-100 cluster demonstrates. This means Blackwell and Rubin will face the same problem when they are installed as future generations are produced. This is why a GPU backlog is not a good thing but a stranded asset liability. Any bankers that say otherwise in their projections? They are selling you 🐕 💩. They certainly have not modeled job failure rates on old hardware which definitely correlates with their age. Do not walk but 🏃 as fast as you can from this sector which has been propped up by massive financial engineering. pcgamer.com/software/ai/usd6…
